這是一次令人失望的入住，從辦理入住時前台就弄錯了，非説我訂的是標準大床房公共衞浴那種，我説自己訂的是行政大床房，把訂單給他看，糾結半天，總算安排了行政大床房，而且房間與圖片不符，圖片上房間裏有兩個坐椅，實際上座椅衹有一個，讓再拿一個坐椅來説沒了衹有一個，還説可以坐房間外面的沙發上，在我再三要求下還是拿來一個餐廳的椅子，拿椅子來的那個老師傅把房門敲得山響，幾不耐煩哦。這個山莊是沒有電梯的，我們的房間在二樓，一般這種沒電梯的店家都會主動幫客人拿行李，最不濟的在客人要求下也會幫着拿行李上樓，這個前台在我説了好幾遍幫忙拿下行李都裝沒聽見，最後是帶我們去房間的一位阿姨在我再三要求下算是幫我們拿了一個箱子上樓，後來退房時看前台換了一個人就問了問為什麼這裏的服務員不幫客人拿行李上下樓，回答是這個山莊沒有這項服務，真是醉了。早餐也很差，總之非常不推薦這個山莊，服務意識太差勁，唯一的就是洗澡水好。

It was my first time staying in this hotel. The overall experience was very good. The service was very good. The room was a bit narrow, but it looked clean. There was not enough hot water for showering in winter. I suggest you consider this if you are afraid of cold. There is a bar next to the hotel. It was very noisy. Passersby can sing in the open-air KTV. If the singing is good, it's ok. If the singing is too bad, it's like a large noise scene all night. I'm afraid the noise will really affect my rest!

The environment is beautiful, very suitable for slow life and living, next to Jiuhexi and Yulin Dam, fun and delicious scenery.

Every time I travel to Hua'an, I prefer this hotel. I can soak in the hot springs indoors and clean.

之前都是住在舒樂，這次五人，一間雙床一間三床，舒樂沒合適的衹能住這。價格低，衞生可以，停車方便，服務一般，雙床間衹有兩浴巾卻沒毛巾，三床間有三毛巾卻沒浴巾，實在無語。不是沒辦法不會住這。
