At three o'clock in the middle of the night, the sound of playing mahjong and the children playing loudly can be clearly heard and noisy. There is also Wi-Fi on the second floor and above that can be connected but there is no Internet connection at all. I tried every signal on my mobile phone and laptop but I couldn’t get on the network. The wired network port on the wall is also useless.
