GGuest UserA friend recommended this hotel, saying it was the cleanest with the warmest service in Hepu, so I decisively chose to stay at Lavande Hotel. It was indeed a very comfortable stay. The front desk lady was incredibly welcoming, offering us fruit and even helping us take our luggage directly to the room – it truly felt like a home away from home. Our booked room included breakfast, and the breakfast area had a great ambiance. We woke up early for breakfast and even got to watch the sunrise from the restaurant. There was a wide variety of breakfast options, and I particularly enjoyed their 'Lao You Fen' (old friend noodles). I would definitely choose to stay at Lavande Hotel again when traveling.

The location is excellent, you can walk to the subway in a few minutes, the surrounding business district is fully furnished, and it is super convenient to eat and go shopping. The room was clean and tidy to the details, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the night was good to sleep until dawn, the bathroom was designed to separate dry and wet, and the toiletries were fresh and comfortable. The front desk lady is warm and professional, and the check-in is efficient.

GGuest UserSurprisingly good. The price is low and the quality is good. The location is very good. One minute to the bus terminal. You can travel to and from Beihai on the same day. The service attitude is friendly and helpful. There are shopping malls and supermarkets nearby.
