The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, handling all the formalities efficiently and professionally, and even proactively upgraded our room – a delightful surprise! The room design was both modern and practical, with breathtaking city views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the air conditioning was at a comfortable temperature, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to enjoy a long-awaited deep sleep. The bathroom featured a thoughtful separation of wet and dry areas, and the toiletries were from high-end brands, showcasing quality in every detail. Special praise for the 24-hour room service; they responded incredibly quickly when I needed an extra pillow in the middle of the night.
