AAnonymous UserThe first time I booked this hotel, the experience is very good, I will choose this hotel next time, the special room front desk is also very warm to upgrade the room type with floor-to-ceiling windows, the room is also very clean, there is no smell, and the face wash and cups are disposable, The bath towels also have special packaging bags, which is really good 👍👍👍

GGuest User房間空間大、配套設施有檔次，裝修標準很高，很現代化的酒店。我一年在外出差很多，在一個縣城能有這個檔次的酒店很少見，這個在南京一晚最起碼要600以上。不過由於酒店新開，前台接待的人員開房登記不是很熟練，耽誤一些時間，不過服務態度還是很好的。後面退房才知道酒店有接機服務，可以從旁邊的高鐵孝感北站接到酒店，浪費了打車費用。

GGuest User環境還行吧，房間比較大，就是服務太差勁。去前台登記，搞了半個小時。説什麼老闆搞的他也不清楚。洗個頭連吹風機都沒有，還要到樓下去拿。結果拿來用半個小時就催着還他，你這麼大的賓館買不起吹風機嗎？怕人偷嗎？不會學別的酒店把吹風機固定到牆上嗎？
