This ”Waiwai B&B” really amazed me! ✨ 📍Excellent location: Whether it is attractions, food or transportation, it is very convenient, especially the lakeside is within walking distance, the surrounding is quiet and romantic, and it is super pleasant to take a walk at night~ 🎨Full of design sense: From the lobby to the room, every detail is full of artistic sense! Log style + minimalist design, you can't stop taking pictures at all, even the lighting is full of atmosphere, it is completely in line with my aesthetic point! 💁Service is so considerate: The boss is gentle and enthusiastic, communicates needs in advance, and recommends super niche local ways to play! The room supplies are all high-end brands, even disposable toilet covers are ready, it's really as warm as going home~ The rice noodles for breakfast are delicious I have recommended it to all my friends, and I will definitely go there again next time I travel! 🔥 (PS: Coffee and wine must be tried!)

We are American expats living in Hong Kong and came to Kunming area for our school’s Easter holiday. We cannot say enough about this beautiful hotel, located in a picturesque village along the northeastern coast of Fuxian Lake. Positives: 1. the location is AMAZING. The village itself feels very Mediterranean and houses over 30 boutique-style hotels. 2. This specific hotel has the most beautiful Chinese garden. My husband and I spent ample time just sitting in the garden chatting and looking at the beautiful flowers. They also have a basket swing our kids played on. 3. The design of the hotel is beautiful…..thatched roofing and wooden doors on the outside, reeded ceilings with wooden beams on the inside…..it all looked so warm and lovely. 4. Our specific room was a 2-level lake view family suite that had a terrace outside the upper level bedroom (which was the “master”). The view from this upper bedroom was so gorgeous….prime view of the lake. 5. The bathroom in our suite was modern and seemed to have some kind of heating fan over the shower area which was an added bonus. 6. The breakfast was traditional Chinese style. By this time, we were at the end of our trip and were a bit tired of rice noodles for breakfast (we are used to western-style breakfasts), but as soon as we tasted this hotel’s rice noodles, it was easy to forget we were tired of them. They were delicious! The owner also served us steamed milk and some kind of sweet steamed bread. It was all very tasty! Negatives: I truly do not have any. And I usually always have something I critique about hotels. But this place was truly a 5-star stay for us. It was gorgeous and the owner was so sweet.

5-Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A truly wonderful hotel, impeccably curated down to every detail, from the color palette to the lighting, everything feels thoughtfully designed. The manager was incredibly kind and welcoming from the start, offering us local teas and explaining their origins with genuine passion, which we really appreciated. Breakfast is simple yet very good, with fresh, well-chosen products. Highly recommended: elegant atmosphere, impeccable hospitality, and an attention to guests that truly makes a difference. We’ll gladly return!

非常漂亮，在半山上可以正面俯瞰撫仙湖，大堂和自帶的咖啡館審美都很在線，很舒服也很出片。酒店附近還有好幾家很漂亮的海邊咖啡和餐廳，住在這都不用去撫仙湖其他收費景區了，就在小灣村玩兩天，頂多再去山下沿海景公路走一走，體驗一下海景公路咖啡，足夠了。

1. I asked about room upgrades because I saw reviews about room upgrades. I was prepared to pay 200 more after learning that room upgrades were not available on weekends. The front desk said that it would be more cost-effective to buy a silver card for 159 to upgrade. I opened Wanyue Club and found that my account was already a gold card, but I couldn't upgrade either. I needed to pay more to buy a silver card or make up the 200 difference. The gold card was not officially booked and there was no welcome fruit haha 2. After the pool was cleaned, we called to confirm whether it had been cleaned. It was dark after the water was drained. I entered the pool and soaked for a while before I found that the inner wall of the pool was all gray, and there were very dirty corners... It's hard to comment. The lounge chairs on the terrace were also gray 3. The breakfast was not worth it. It was not delicious and there were few varieties. It was not as good as the mid-range level of Huazhu Club 4. The lighting in the room was very dim. It was impossible to put on makeup in front of the bathroom mirror. The shower room looked dirty and old. The water pressure in the washbasin was ridiculously high and splashed all over Fortunately, I only booked one night. The best part of the hotel was that the greening in the public area was more beautiful.

Service: The service is very good, the boss is very good The meal cooked by his boss tastes very good. You can order what you want to eat. You can also let the boss see the head for you. You don’t have to find a place to eat.

The environment is good, there are also food nearby, the boss will help find a parking space, it is about two kilometers away from Moon Bay. Disadvantages: 1. Check-in is slow, the boss also took photos of the children and ID cards, which made me feel uneasy, afraid that the children's information would be leaked, the boss remembered to delete the photos of my children. 2. There are not many tissues provided, only a small roll in the toilet, and no tissue outside, which is not friendly to friends who don't bring tissues.

I had a very comfortable stay in this small hotel. The room was big enough and everything was very clean, the bed smelled nice and the owner is very kind and ready to help. The location is nice too, a bit away from the main street, so it is very peaceful at night, but still close to all the places in the city. If you prefer to stay in a smaller more private place than a big hotel, then this is a good place for you! Highly recommend it!

Very suitable hotel for leisure vacation, the front desk lady has a good service attitude, I can't find the parking lot, she patiently guided me to park, the lake view of the room is simply amazing, the floor-to-ceiling windows are very beautiful and you can see the whole Fuxian Lake (recommend the 180-degree full lake view room), there are many restaurants downstairs, it is very convenient to eat, the Moon Bay scenic area opposite has a Sanya feel, after checking in, ask the hotel for a park card and you can enter the park for free, there is a white sand beach in the park where you can take your children to play in the sand, and take pictures. It is recommended to travel off-peak, the cost performance is really high, this time I stayed in the most cost-effective hotel in Fuxian Lake.

This stay experience exceeded expectations. It is convenient to go out to eat and go to Fuxian Lake. It is also very close to Fuxian Lake. It can be walked for a few minutes. The first floor of the hotel is the restaurant. You can eat when you are lazy. The room is clean and the bed is sleeping. And the scenery outside the room is also good, you can see the beautiful Fuxian Lake, the front desk service is also thoughtful, and the hygiene and cleaning are also timely and intimate.
