Guest UserWhen I entered the room, I found that there were two obvious cigarette butts that had not been cleaned. This check-in experience was very poor. The price and positioning of the Vienna Hotel should not have such a situation. I hope that the most basic hygiene can be taken care of.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the highway exit, and very convenient for staying overnight after getting off the highway. The front desk service was good, and our needs were quickly met. The room was large and clean, and very comfortable to live in.
