Pay attention when booking, some rooms do not have bathroom equipment, that is, shared bathroom!
This time I didn't pay attention when I booked the room. I realized when I checked in. Fortunately, there is still a suite, so I will increase the price immediately!

GGuest UserSuper praise, the train station walked for a few minutes, all flat luggage. The room is small but the layout is reasonable. Living in the room on the fifth floor, the slope roof, there are three roof windows that can be pushed open, and you can see the snowy mountains outside. The breakfast included is also delicious and the restaurant is well arranged.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel was well located, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with one receptionist on the morning of December 30. We asked if our room could be cleaned as it was very dusty, but she responded aggressively, saying we should have informed them upon arrival. Her tone made us feel as though we were asking for a free stay rather than a standard service, and she came across as quite rude. Aside from this incident, the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was nice

SSujjeThe room had a good size. What was very noticed was the view of the untouched mountains. Also the room was very stylishly furnished. The spa was well equipped with various massage dishes and saunas, which also contributed very much to a relaxed weekend. A highlight is clearly the Panorama Restaurant Alpensand which served one of the best pizzas we ever had to enjoy.

GGuest UserWe were with our 4-jgood son in Arosa. The hotel is directly above ser seabadi and very nice. Little but fine. Very clean and beautifully furnished. We want to highlight especially the nice and hearty staff. We have felt very well and enjoyed the days.
