A wonderful stay! Service was friendly and helpful, plus we were left undisturbed after check in, which is important to us to be able to relax. The cottage, pool, and surrounds are amazing. Breakfast foods provided was excellent.

It was spectacular - the view from the top of the trees the cabin overlooking the sunshine coast, the exemplary service, the breakfast box, the fireplace, the serenity of Montville ❤️

My friend and I stayed at this hotel recently and while the location is excellent. We stayed in a disability access room and appreciated the effort to provide accessibility. However, the bathroom drainage was not good. The floor was completely level, which I understand is part of the design for accessibility, but unfortunately, the water didn’t flow easily toward the drain. After a shower, water would pool on the floor and take a long time to drain, which made it uncomfortable and potentially unsafe. I had to place towels on the floor to help keep it dry. I hope the hotel can improve the drainage design in accessible rooms to ensure both safety and comfort for all guests.
