"The breakfast is good, served with a rich variety of food. The hotel has a free parking lot. Its location is also good. The problem is that the house next to it was under renovation. So, it became noisy early in the morning!"
"Hotel is located near Paphos harbor.
It can be noisy at night with pubs around.
Rooms are clean and functional with a good bed and electric outlet.
Have a pool.
Looks like a small two story resort in the city."
"Arrived late due to a problem with a precise explanation and key box.
Attentive multilingual staff, including French, which isn't mentioned on the website.
Everything was exactly as described on the website.
Pleasant stay"

"We were greeted in a very hospital and charming way. Anna-Marrie, or Marie Ann not sure how to spell it gave us a very warm welcome, a drink and an interdiction to the Hotels amenities.
Make sure you request a south facing room if you visit in winter. The first room they gave us had no shade and was very cold; apparently the air conditioning is only for cold air and this had no warm settings etc. I got a mini cold as we were freezing but thankfully they found a new room to move us into the next evening.
We also called in advance and informed them that we are vegan n vegetarian but the staff at breakfast couldn’t help us when we asked about some food information. Especially when they mince meat Kouppes were mixed with the vegan ones. The answer was just don’t eat it! I don’t know which one is which 🤦🏻♀️
Aw well, we did not let 2 staff members affect our vacay. The private pool was nice but again not heated ~ we shall definitely come back to try the Spa and other restaurants.
We were also given a 15% discount and membership card for both of us. Worth giving it a go."
"A hotel with good location, close to the shopping center, embankment and beach.
The rooms are modest, without excesses.
Breakfasts are not very diverse, but are quite saturated.
A good option for your money."
"It is only 2 minutes from the beach and the staff was very friendly, breakfast was a good choice and bus gets good everywhere. I can only recommend it."
"The breakfast is rich. The hotel is close to the sea, and it's quite beautiful to watch the sunrise in the sea view room. It has convenient parking. It's suitable for trips of families, parents and children as well as couples. The coastal running track is behind the hotel, which is very convenient for morning exercises. A marine project service point is conveniently located nearby."
"The suite offers a bedroom and living room. The bedroom is small and can only accommodate two single beds. The living room is spacious and has a dining table and sofa. It provides tableware, refrigerator, oven and other living facilities. The overall hotel belongs to the small and medium-sized, partial homestay category, suitable for couples, family vacations, supporting service facilities are relatively complete, swimming pools, bars, etc."

Amazing
GGuest UserThe hotel exceeded all my expectations! The pictures online doesn’t door any justice at all! The interior, and attention to details is quite exquisite! The staff are friendly and extremely accommodating making your stay truly memorable! I think this has to be if not the best hotel in paphos! My first time staying here but won’t be my last! The food is amazing, especially the breakfast so much option and also the option of champagne for breakfast says it all! They accommodated my late check out and provided me with a complimentary room to get ready before my flight to the airport. This hotel in my opinion is beyond 5*.
GGuest UserLoved the location. the staff were excellent, polite and genuine. A special mention goes out to Maria, front desk manager. She was humerous, and very knowledgeable of the area. She provided me with maps, and some background history of Cyprus, which i was very much appreciative for.
My room was clean, The cleaning staff were very persistent in wanting to come and clean the room when we were still there, it was a little annoying, but i admired their dedication.
the hotel is beautiful, Very much so an intimate setting.
Definitely worth rebooking.
AAroundTheWorld356I had premium garden cabana with sea view. There is nothing premium about this cabana there is no garden and sea view is limited. Room are clean and service is good but rooms and hotel needs upgrade and maintenance ie. in my room floor was falling apart. Pool is very nice. Access to beach ONLY via few steps. On the beach you need to pay for sunbed and umbrella if you want to use it otherwise you can lay on the towel/sand. I was at the end of September and age average in this hotel was well above 65-70 so no young couples or families at ALL. Overpriced for the overall quality.
KKonstantinGood rooms with compliment fruits and add water/sweetie after cleaning. Funny music show every evening. All-inclusive mode is reasonable enough, permanent food'n'drinks are close available. The sea is near at hand.
I was lacking only a sauna..)
GGuest UserGreat hotel design and hardware with mediocre service:
Spacious room, great location, beautiful compound and design (as long as you don’t get one of those side rooms that faces the back of a building or the carpark). Wide range of selection for breakfast.
It’s weird that the carpark is a little further away and you’re supposed to call a number at the gate every time for them to open for you. They said it’s toll free but I doubt it’s free for an international line. I don’t know who would spend international calling rate to call the number as most people uses esim today. The way they challenged me and say “why don’t you just call” and insisted it was free just made me feel very disappointed. There’s also no refill of the room’s coffee station (it’s chargeable)- I guess it’s because they call themselves a suite/ service apartment. There were a few other examples of mediocre services: not deal breaker but could have been better.
Overall I would say it is good value for money given the spacious and beautiful room, so simply don’t place too much emphasis and expectations on service then you’ll be fine.
GGuest UserAmazing experience! This was our first stay, a little bit difficult to find the place. However, the front reception staff were very friendly, the reception was very nice and well decorated! We were impressed with the hotels entertainment as there was something going on every day.
AAghiad Shaaban-KabakiboBreakfast super buffet everything delicious, and corresponds to the price-performance ratio, for dinner a restaurant VIVA CYPRUS is very RECOMMENDED nearby.
Great location. In Paphos the buses are bad, please rent a car immediately, it's cheap 10-20 €/day... the taxis are expensive and they screw every pig... So please rent a car.
Staff: I thank you from the bottom of my heart, you are the best... Always helpful and very human... My wife did not feel well during the holiday and went to the hospital. They allowed me to take breakfast to go for my wife and a delivery box prepared for this... That was really great.
Cons : the hotel is a bit old and the facilities need to be updated but that's easily ignored when you have such a great friendly staff.
Sauna against 7€ extra which is also disadvantageous in my opinion.
So in a big goose the hotel is very good and I book there again and again 😁.
Greetings from Chaban family
GGuest UserBeautiful, renovated and clean rooms. The breakfast was very rich and of good quality... The service was impeccable... The exterior of the hotel needs renovation, such as the building, garden and pool furniture... Inside, the rest of the areas apart from the rooms and reception need care and maintenance... In general terms it is a good hotel but definitely not a 5 stars hotel..
PPiotr ŁukasikThe hotel is older, but it deserves 3*. Good location, next to the station (buses to the airport), to the beach 10 minutes walk. To Kings Avenue Mall about 2 km. Breakfast is quite good, the same every day, but it still has something to choose from.
CCici YangThe hotel is a little outdated than other 4 star hotels. The room is old too makes me feel like a dormitory. But the hotel has all amenities you need. I think it’s a good place for family but not solo travelers.
