"The staff was tremendously friendly and welcoming. It is a little more expensive than some of the other places in Pakse, but the quality far exceeds the price of a night. I stayed for three nights, and I will be back again. The wooden accents and friendly smiles make the place warm and inviting. The pool is a nice place to spend an afternoon, and the porches overlooking the pool are great for reading a book or just takin it easy. One of the managers, Ying, and the rest of the staff are incredibly helpful and give good advice on things to do around town. Breakfast is good, and I have a weird diet. They were very accommodating. The restaurant out back is open later than most other places in the city, and the food and service is good, too."

"Pakse is usually only used as a transit point or as a base for excursions in the surrounding area. Le Jardin is located a bit outside the center but offers a free shuttle into town in the evening. The staff is very friendly and helpful, assisting with booking activities, whether day trips, scooter rentals, or restaurant recommendations. The rooms are simply furnished and very clean. I enjoyed my stay very much."

"Great location, and the reception staff and service staff were excellent. Initially, I received the wrong key card, but they quickly swapped it out for me. It's good value for money, conveniently located in the city, and the room was large and spacious. The only minor issue was that the wooden floor creaked a bit when walking. The room had all the necessary amenities."

"Pakse is a bit of a one horse town and there is very little there for tourists. I expect the hotel was amazing in its heyday but it has not been maintained and is expensive for a run down hotel in need of renovation. Soft furnishings were ripped and the room and bathroom were poor. it could have been so nice."

"A fantastic stay just outside the city. Great food, great hospitality, host was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Ngoc the owner also organised our tuk tuk from the airport and a tuk tuk driver to take us to a couple of local temples. This is the best place to stay in Pakse!"

"I booked a budget room, but I didn't expect that there was no air conditioning and the temperature in the room was over 40 degrees. The electric fan does not help at all. The stairs are not up to standard and can only be stepped half way down. When going downstairs, you have to walk sideways. I went to the reception desk and told them that such a room cannot be rented to tourists. They said that there are air-conditioned rooms, but they have to pay extra. I had no choice but to add 7 US dollars according to their request. When I asked for a receipt, they said they could not give me the extra money. Issue receipts. The power and water were cut off at 6 o'clock the next morning. I contacted them and they said they would have electricity and water until 8 o'clock. I request your platform to strictly review the facilities of its hotels, and the information reported to tourists should be as accurate as possible. For example, there is no air conditioning, and economy rooms cannot be used to cover everything up. Thanks"
