"I am very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I had booked a room three months in advance and even received a confirmation the day before my arrival. However, when I arrived, I was told that there was a problem and that my room was not available. Without any proper explanation, the hotel simply transferred me to another hotel located 2 km away, in a lower category, and situated in an industrial area near a factory – far from the location and comfort I had initially chosen. This shows that there is absolutely no guarantee at all that your reservation will be honored, even when confirmed. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I do not recommend this hotel."

"Good clean hotel with nice staff. Food for dinner was excellent and breakfast was good. Although people said it was hard to find, it is signposted and right opposite the train track and next to the museum. Easy to get back onto the way from the hotel."
