"The room is similar to the Four Seasons in China, but not suitable for people who come alone. It is far from the center and it is difficult to get a taxi. Even Uber is not available. The worst thing is that there is a bar downstairs, which is still very noisy at 12 o'clock! It especially affects sleep. There is a layer of something floating on the boiled water. Be sure to drink tap water."

"The hotel location was easy to reach off the tram. Staff was friendly and professional. Hotel was clean and we felt safe coming and going. Breakfast was very good, lots of choices, fresh products, and good pastries. Bed was comfortable. Shower was small, but water pressure was good and hot water was plentiful. As is typical in Europe, you cannot adjust temp in the room - local authorities control when hotels can turn on AC or Heat - so if you go in the cusp season, you might not be able to change anything. But, for us, we opened the windows at night and the temp was comfortable for sleeping. US visitors should be prepared for the difference between US hotel and Italy hotels...recoginze the niceties you get and appreciate the value of the hotel rather than expecting a cookie cutter room like a US chain. The owner of this hotel is an artist and her decor reflects that. We found it very interesting!"

"Very convenient location close to the train station with 10 minute walk. It's just at the periphery of the old town within walkable distance to major tourist landmarks too. Breakfast is okay with the usual ham, cheese, eggs and bread. Not much of hot dishes choice apart from scrambled eggs and grilled bacon. Musilli is surprising tasty. Amenities though... prepare your own slippers, shampoo, body wash (they give you a small bottle 2in1 of 20 mL every day) and conditioner. Two bottled water is ensured daily. There is no kettle nor tea cups in the room. I cannot make tea or coffee in the room. The room is clean but the sound proofing is suboptimal as I can sometimes hear doors slamming shut. Good air conditioning in this hot weather of June. Helpful staff and overall good experience."

"The cleanliness was one of the better ones we'd encountered in the Italian towns we'd been visiting, and the water pressure was the most comfortable we'd had! The breakfast was good, the view was nice, and there was free parking. However, we encountered a power outage just as we were about to check out, and the hotel didn't do anything about it. We had five suitcases and had to go downstairs for help, but only one Indian guy came to help us carry them. We were in a hurry, so we had to carry them down from the third floor ourselves. There were two or three people at the front desk, but they didn't offer to lend a hand."
