I have long thought about whether or not to write this review. I didn't feel well or safe at any time at the hotel. After I found nobody at the reception at check-in time, I called a phone number and there was told me how I got to my room card. The staff member seemed to be more important to fill in the mail sheet than that I feel well. I had received a room on the third floor to lead from outside a rooftop that can be entered by anyone. What is kind of, has become a nightmare for me: many people went up and down before my window. Two young men once stood there and looked in my room. There are light-intranslated hangs that I had to draw all the time after this experience, but I had no sunlight for that. Even the right air was not to think. In the night you can hear clearly a distance road: not recommended for noise-sensitive people. The rooms are interestingly designed in the form of play cards on the wall. But it will also become very quickly old and somehow strange. I have already stayed in other houses with decoration, but they didn't get me so fast. The water cooker was dirty. Beside the bed at the deflection there were fluid traces that I could not identify or wanted. Under the mattress were soil nuts (sic!). Under the bed the dust was only moved from one side to the other. In the bed itself there was a slight pollution in the nearest head. On the window table were footprints. Hygienically, the stay was a disaster. In addition, I have not seen anywhere a desinfectant donor. In times of Corona, it was not acceptable. I booked breakfast when booking, but unfortunately, they forgot to give me a brand for it or even tell me when breakfast is available. The lady in the bakery then wanted to discharge me and, however, she friendlyly admitted to pick up the breakfast brand later from the reception (which was not occupied at 10 a.m. on a Sunday). Each breakfast offered in the bakery was overall cheaper than the 9.50 euros I paid together with the room. What a disgrace! The hotel is located in the middle of a business area, extremely far from the shooting. Who wants to go to the city center has to run 30 to 40 minutes, drive by car or take the bus. In the vicinity there was at least a supermarket and a bowling track. The service was horrible in every respect: I never got to face anyone. I always had to choose a phone number and always had the impression that I disturb the person called just in her leisure time. Really welcome I never felt. I was just happy after this experience when I was home.

B&B HOTEL Paderborn

Stayed here for a couple of nights for work. The hotel has a 24 hour check in system and codes for rooms, which will stop you losing your keys. Be aware if you check out late tho you can’t get back in your room as the code times out. The rooms are clean and functional with air conditioning and a walk in shower. There is free Wifi on site and areas to work if needed. The breakfast is a buffet continental type with fresh juices and coffee. The whole hotel is buggy and wheelchair friendly with lift access to all floors.
ibis Paderborn City

The hotel is reached from the train station by bus (without switching), to the old town it is only a few meters from the hotel. The check-in was unproblematic. We had a quiet room to the courtyard. The room is quite small and still in ”green style”, the bathroom is at least big enough. Some places the room was a bit awaiting. Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast was rich and there were many fresh things. Only sheep milk missed (.. there is now also in the board restaurant of the railway ...) Thank you for the possibility of a little later checkout.

The location of the hotel is very good, a 10-minute walk from the railway station and a 5-minute walk from the commercial street. The room is so beautiful, so cozy, and the environment is super nice. There is a hot water kettle, which is the key point.
Welcome Hotel Paderborn
4.1/517 Reviews
I have visited the Welcome Hotel in Paderborn for the second time and can definitely recommend it further. The staff is really friendly, careful and engaged. Just to give a brief example: I had found a hotel greeting including a fruit basket in my room because of my birthday. It is certainly not self-conscious and I was really very happy! The rooms were clean, spacious and bright at both stays. The beds were also comfortable and not permeable. At breakfast was something for every taste and every preferred. Also here everything was fresh, hygienic, varied and well accessible. The hotel is also very suitable for bikers, as there is a home-cycle garage and you can rent e-bikes (Pegasus E-Trekking Bike, Bosch Motor) for 25€ per day. My wife has borrowed a bike of this kind and was satisfied during our daily tour through Paderborn and surroundings. A daily tour such as the Paderborn Lake Tour is clearly recommended and should be driven especially in summer. We will also return a third time!

Interim stop for 53,10€ ...for it can't be expected much > wrong! We booked spontaneously 20min before arrival and were quickly on site. Location near the motorway and still quiet. Rooms relatively clean and large and newly furnished. More than we had expected for 53.10€! A very well visited fast bid is bordered. For us a cheap and pleasant interim stop! We would come back if it's back on the route
