"Hotel is located next to ski ground, perched on a slope. Slope is slightly steep. About 15-20 min drive from Hakuba main station, depending on climate. The drive into tsugaike kogen during winter is scenic. But the snow could get heavy. There is a ski locker room to store ski boots and equipment. From the ski locker room , we went straight into the ski ground, which is extremely convenient. Price range in peak season is reasonable. There is a lounge which most guests will hang around. Beverages are readily available for self serve , the hot water is essential during winter. Free private carpark in front of hotel. But when the snow gets heavy, u have to shove off the snow yourself. We spent almost 1.5 hours clearing snow from our vehicle in order to exit. Food is average. But every staff in the hotel are warm and super nice. No regrets coming here. Rooms are a bit small though."

There were also few restaurant options around there. They did not even help with the luggage at all. A very unpleasant accommodation experience. Do not recommend booking this. The room itself is large, and you have the option of sleeping on the bed or laying down a mat on the floor. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The restaurant is also spacious with a wide variety of food, though for my taste, it was a little on the salty side."

"The hotel is located in Tsugaike Plateau. The room was clean and tidy. We stayed for two nights in a row. The breakfast and dinner were different on both days. Ski equipment can be stored in the hotel's dungeon. After putting on the dungeon, you can walk directly from the dungeon to the ski slopes, which is very convenient. ."

"The hotel is 10 minutes close to the ski resort and is ski in ski out. You can see the slope outside straight from the room. Breakfast and dinner were 10% satisfied. There are also lounge where you can pay for different kinds of wine. The boss lady is very hospitable! The hotel also has a large bath, perfect for relaxing after skiing! Will definitely visit again!"

"I went on a long-term trip of 5 nights and 6 days using a travel agency. At that time, I stayed at the Resort Inn Marion Shinano. The room was a twin room, reasonably sized, and generally OK. I especially liked the food. The menu has been improved each time. In terms of location, it is a resort hotel in the Tsugaike Highlands. I don't know the details about the price given by the travel agency, but it costs 75,000 yen including transportation costs from Osaka, so I think the price is reasonable. I still want to use it."

"I've been here for three years in a row. The reason I come every year is the food!!! The homemade rice is superb!!! And you can have as many refills as you want! The side dishes are also carefully prepared one by one, which makes me feel happy. Also, the place is well-cleaned, which makes me feel very comfortable. The view from the room is also amazing! Right in front of the Bell Hill slope! And just a short walk from the gondola! The location is great, so I have nothing to say. I came during Golden Week, so it was nice to take a walk through the fields to Bell Hill in the evening. I'll be back next year!"
