"The hotel was located in the hotel building 5* in the standard room 1 category under the spa tour program. Previously, they had already stayed in the hotel under the program, but in the building 3*. Left a detailed review in October 2023. There is a mini bar (paid), a teapot, cup, tea, a pad, as well as a smooth board, a pad, a brush for clothing, a fan, a towel dryer, a safe. Guests are provided with a shampoo, a shower gel, a shower hat, a coat, a slipper, a bottle of water 0.5 per guest. The room is clean. The 5* Corps number made a better impression than the 3* of the same category. But there were also minus. The bath was broken, the water didn't go away. The room was shattered, overwhelmed with a scotch table that barely stood. The air conditioner did not cope with the temperature in the room in hot weather. Until late at night we were tortured by the noise of the walking crowd, although we lived on the 7th floor. Closed windows did not help. We recommend to be placed with a view on the shopping mall, not on the Cromskoe Highway. It is bad that there is no couler anywhere in the hotel. The spa tour program is definitely recommended! It includes a one-time unlimited visit to the GRINN SPA health complex. It is the water-thermal zone with a swimming pool, jacuzzi and bathing complex - baths from all over the world. Breakfast for its price is excellent but no exquisite. The breakfast format is a Swedish table. Offered broth, 2 milk cashes, eggs cooked and eyeliner, yogurt, meat with garniers (chicken legs, sausages, chicken with vegetables, potatoes, straw), cheese, sausage, red fish, seed, vegetables, salads, fruit, nuts, sweet, coffee, Tea and juice. The hotel itself looks chic. Breakfast takes place in a beautiful room with huge windows."

"The first impression when I came to the hotel was not very: There were garages and private houses. Even the thought came: What edge did I get brought? The fears were in vain: The hotel is in the center. Go out on the promenade that stretches along the Orlik River - and in less than five minutes you find yourself on Lenin's pedestrian street. If you go in the other direction, you will very soon reach the square "Dvoryansk nest." The hotel itself is small but cozy and, I would say, with a soul. On the walls - interesting paintings, in the hall - a table where you can play chess and table games (all attached).. There is a cooler on each floor, our, fourth, there is microwave. Rooms are spacious, there is a refrigerator, teapot, air conditioner, TV. Good lighting, there is bras and a table lamp. Clean and qualitative bed linen and towels. The cost of living includes good breakfasts - two dishes for choice plus tea or coffee. Choosing dishes is large and diverse. Everything is delicious. Near the river is an additional bonus, especially for pedestrian walkers and nature. From the downsides. Near the car bridge. The hotel is just under it and a little bit out of the way. But the noise from the passing cars is reported to the rooms. Sliding and very cool steps. Usually I don't use the elevator, I go down on foot. But I didn't want to go down these steps once more. If you book a room in the mansard, be prepared to take a shower you can only sit in the bath because the slope is just on it. Otherwise, it was nice. Yes, I still want to note the polite and kind staff - both in the hotel and in the restaurant."
