"The most polite and benign administrators, we 've caught 3 different staff and all three were ready to help with any question. The location is very convenient for those who arrive by train. 3 minutes from the station on foot. The station is not heard at all if the windows are closed. There were occasional neighbors. Breakfasts are modest enough, but generally delicious. Not enough vegetables/green/slime.butter add. The bed is comfortable, the only one - the pillow for me is solid, not comfortable. At the request, the heater was immediately provided to the room. It was warm for me, but the child was loose at night and frostled. Very good impression about the hotel!"

"The hotel is located on the 6th floor of the shopping complex in the center of the city. I was in a semi-luxe, room area is large. The big bathroom is plus. The air conditioner is low power, at least with the help of the hostess you can put 18 degrees (otherwise it will break out), but in fact it will be more than 20 degrees. "Stayed at the Lucky Hotel while traveling in Omsk, Russia, and gave me a good two days off Must focus on the hotel's kitchen. Stepping into the kitchen is like entering a food magic space. The cabinets are neatly arranged with a variety of high-quality kitchen utensils, sharp stainless steel knives, thick pans, and each one is flashing, making people unable to help but want to show their skills. I just met the Russians cooking, the refrigerator is rich and varied, fresh beef, attractive vegetables, and local dairy products. The Russians took the initiative to share the food with me, and I tasted it without politeness. The front desk service was also very intimate. At check-in, the staff smiled and communicated with me in less fluent English. They also carefully arranged a room in a great location for me according to my needs for a quiet environment. The room is away from the hustle and bustle of the street and public areas, the windows are closed, and the noise from the outside is instantly isolated, leaving a quiet atmosphere, so that I can sleep well. The hotel is clean and tidy as a whole, the decoration is simple and warm, this stay makes my trip to Omsk comfortable and comfortable, highly recommended!"
