"No drinks available in room upon late arrival not even water. Booked room service for the second night. Arrived wrong meal and stone cold. Complained and returned with the same wrong meal but microwaved and still no butter offer with the stale bread. No interest shown in the fact that it was later at night and no alternative offered. Best thing about the hotel is the stunning view."

"Only stayed for 1 night while passing through Olot. Hotel is comfortable and clean. Room was spacious if a little tired with a sizeable balcony offering great views. Impressive breakfast offerings with an extensive selection to choose from. Hotel has secure locked underground parking with a bike rack inside. It's located on the edge of the town up a rather steep hill so if you're not accustomed to walking then it might seem a bit of a trek."

"This is an excellent FAMILY run hotel, 3 star hotel.It has kitchens on each floor too for guests to use. The dinner is really good and the chef is excellent. I loved my evening meal, breakfast is equally plentiful. The staff like cyclists and walkers too and the place is very accommodating for these types of travellers, there is ample bike storage in the garage down stairs, there is also laundry facility too, they give you a key to use the room. There is nothing to dislike and it’s a treat to be here for sure, there is a supermarket nearby and pharmacy too. If your cycling or motorbike or travelling then this is a hotel you can enjoy and it’s a good base for the area."
