Best Western Hotel Heide ★★★

"Located in Oldenburg, this 3-star hotel offers excellent value. While slightly out of the city center, its proximity to the highway exit makes it convenient for those driving. Free parking is also available. The rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with a minibar and tea/coffee making facilities. While not luxurious, the amenities are practical and comfortable. The hotel also features an indoor swimming pool and sauna for relaxation. The Heidekate restaurant offers local cuisine and a unique dinner experience, along with a fireplace bar and summer beer garden, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, providing attentive service from check-in to check-out and promptly resolving any issues. The breakfast selection is extensive and consistently receives positive reviews. Overall, this is a very cost-effective hotel—quiet, clean, and with attentive service—ideal for business trips or short vacations. Highly recommended!"

Hiive Oldenburg ★★★★

"Great location, cleanliness 10/10, but unfortunately, the service at Oh Honey is more like 4/10 :-/ While all the staff are exceptionally friendly, they're also friendly to each other. If chatting and joking around with colleagues is more fun than working, I find that unprofessional. It's nice to see that the staff feel comfortable, but if I, as a paying guest, suffer because I don't get a second drink or because breakfast isn't ready in the morning, that's a no-go for me."

Hermes Hotel Oldenburg ★★★

"Simply terrible. While the rooms are relatively clean, the mattresses are incredibly uncomfortable and the rooms are so thinly soundproof that I couldn't sleep a wink. Not only the parking lot and the street across the street, but also all the other noises from the other rooms are incredibly loud. A couple next door were having a great time that night, which I was able to hear practically "live." I had an important meeting the next day, which didn't go well due to the sleepless night. The reception, which isn't on-site at night, wasn't interested either."

B&B HOTEL Oldenburg ★★

"The room was quiet and clean, the light on the mirror was perhaps a little dim. The stairwell was full of bed linen for 3 days, on several levels. That's not good in the event of a fire. The website did not mention that the building was undergoing major renovations."

Aspire Oldenburg, Trademark Collection by Wyndham ★★★★

"If you can speak English or German, the female staff at the front desk are very kind, which is great, but my friend who doesn't speak English seemed to have a hard time communicating."

Aspire Acara Oldenburg, Trademark Collection by Wyndham ★★★★

"I stayed two days and liked it, so I extended my stay and changed rooms. It turned out to be a nightmare. Facilities: Upon entering the room, I discovered the bathroom light was broken. I notified the front desk, but it still hadn't been fixed until after I checked out. Such inefficiency! Service: The day before check-out, I put some personal belongings, such as clothes, pants, and medication, into two plastic bags. The bags happened to be on top of a trash can, and the cleaning lady probably mistook them for trash and threw them away. But think about it, why would someone treat plastic bags as trash if they contained personal belongings? I reported it to the front desk staff, but they didn't seem to care. I told them I'd give them a bad review if they didn't address it, but they didn't care. This was a very poor service attitude. Environment: Because the hotel is in the city center, it can be quite noisy at night."

Hotel Wieting ★★★

"Excellent hotel with very clean room in the "new" part of the hotel. Friendly greeting, almost hearty. I felt directly welcome. A 3-gang menu in the hotel restaurant was very good, especially the biscuits soup! Excellent."
