"I made a reservation, but found out that due to a change in flight time, the ferry transfer wouldn't work out, so I called to make good use of my free time, as it wasn't an international flight, and that's where I got this message??? They only answer the phone after 9pm and tell me to call back, which I can't help, but even within that time they told me to press this number if I was making a reservation, and this number if I was with a travel agency, and no matter how many numbers I pressed I was directed to an email and couldn't get through. As a last resort I pressed the number for the travel agency and was finally able to get through. In any case, the hotel didn't have a concierge function and their attitude was like "we're so great, it's up to the customer to figure it out," so I canceled."

"Dirty and poorly maintained accommodation, we were shocked. Everything is greasy and sticky, we had to wash the table in the room ourselves. In the photos we didn't see that part of the balcony was used as a storage room, which makes it less desirable to put anything there to admire the view"

"The staff was very kind. They guided us to the famous places using a map, and we were able to explore the charms of the island thoroughly. The location is open and facing the harbor, so you can enjoy a walk in the morning or evening. The room was spacious and had a loft. We were satisfied with the plan that included two meals, but it would have been nice if they had added another dish. The Wi-Fi in the room was weak, which was a drawback (the Wi-Fi in the lobby was good). There is no large public bath."
