Hotel Esplanade Resort & Spa - Adults Only

Hotel Esplanade Resort & Spa - Adults Only ★★★★

📍 Seestraße 49, Bad Saarow

"Wonderful hotel, all rooms super clean. The staff is mega friendly at every day. At the reception there is directly water, soft and sect for greeting or even for intermittent. The spa area is also madly beautiful. On the evening we had live music thanks to the excellent singer Sophie Decker. Breakfast does not open wishes. We go home with a laughing and a crying eye. Thank you very much to the entire team from the Esplanade Resort! To soon!"

Klosterhotel Neuzelle ★★★★

📍 Bahnhofstraße 18, Neuzelle

"Friendly staff, clean rooms. Sick rooms. We haven't eaten, no breakfast, so that can't be assessed. But what caused trouble is the noisy street. If you want to sleep with open window, you must ask - if possible - a room that is left the street. You are on the country, but the hotel is on a cross-section road - so the location is a real disadvantage."

Hotel Gut Klostermühle Natur Resort & Medical Spa

Hotel Gut Klostermühle Natur Resort & Medical Spa ★★★★

📍 Mühlenstraße 11, Briesen (Mark), Oder-Spree

"A great way to relax and twinness in a very nice atmosphere with short ways to the spa area. Breakfast is fantastic and very recommendable. The staff is very friendly and helpful."

📍 Am Golfpl. 2, Bad Saarow

"No safe deposit box in the room, but one behind reception directly behind a heavy iron door. This was offered to me. On the second to last day of our trip, when I was about to take something out and had just opened it, the door was pushed open from the outside in. The lockers were right behind this door. My hand landed suddenly in the box of the locker I had already opened and was trapped. The person responsible saw it and rushed past. I almost fainted from the pain and, with the help of a member of staff, managed to get outside and sit down. Once I sat down, I was very angry at such carelessness, because there was another way behind reception when you know the lockers are behind the door. Until then, I didn't know it was the hotel manager. She apparently later ordered the staff to look after me. Which they did. She came herself at some point, then without introducing herself, and said she'd been in a hurry and apologized as she passed. She'd heard me call her Tuschi and that made her angry. The fact that I was barely sane from the pain didn't interest her. Until then I didn't know who she was. Then much later, when she came and sat down next to me and I asked who or what position she held in the hotel, she explained to me that she was the manager. How can you behave like that towards an elderly woman (80) who hurt HER with her carelessness? I felt no empathy from her. She told me that she has known about this problem for a long time and has even informed the management, but that something has to happen before the hotel management gives the okay to a change. Was I the scapegoat? It was the last day of our vacation, and we wanted to enjoy it. The next day we had to go to Berlin and since I couldn't drive, my husband (85) drove to just before the autobahn, from there our daughter picked us up and drove us to Berlin. We received no compensation whatsoever and had to pay in full for the day of my accident, which was due to the manager's negligence. Our suitcases were carried to our car because I asked for it. Nevertheless, I would like to emphasize that the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They adore the manager; there must be a reason I couldn't figure out, after all, I was just a guest. My husband wrote this review with my permission because I can't yet use my right hand."

Hotel Fürstenberg

Hotel Fürstenberg ★★★

📍 Gubener Str. 12, Eisenhuttenstadt

"The staff were very friendly, and I appreciated the daily room cleaning. Although the hotel was closed on check-in day, the key pickup via phone and keypad box was convenient, and there’s a Netto right across the street. However, the hotel is quite dated, and the rooms felt stuffy with an unpleasant smell, so we had to keep the windows open even on cold days. It’s in a small town with limited accommodation options, which likely explains its popularity. Our first night was disturbed by noise early in the morning (4am!), and parking is very limited and usually full. The boarded-up building behind the hotel also made the area feel a bit unsafe."

Hotel Gut Klostermühle Natur Resort & Medical Spa ★★★★
"This resort and spa complex is much larger than it first appears. It features a network of tunnels that seamlessly connect the different buildings. It is an excellent choice for anyone looking to walk in nature and unwind in a relaxing spa. Accommodations are spread across several distinct buildings; while I can't speak for the other rooms, mine was perfectly fine. They also serve a truly excellent breakfast. The location is incredibly secure, quiet, and completely free from city noise and pollution. I will definitely stay here again the next time I pass through the area."

"I stayed at this hotel due to work commitments in the area. The reservation was made for me… I had a busy week leading up to my arrival. We arrived at about 2245 after arriving at Berlin airport. When we arrived we were told the restaurant closed at 2100 and that there was no where open. We tried to find somewhere to get some food or have food delivered. There is nowhere close by. Dinner consisted of a bottle of water and packet of nuts as there was little else in the shop. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Thanks especially to Martin on the reception desk. The rooms were ok. There were no coffee or tea facilities and no kettle / fridge. Breakfast wasn’t too bad. I would warn anyone travelling here to arrive very early, bring a picnic or eat before you arrive. The esplanade round the corner had room service and would have been a better choice."

"The room is large enough and lovely, you come in and have to your right the toilet, then the bathroom with shower and then the sleeping area. There is a TV, a coffee machine and a refrigerator. We had the 107 and looked out on the parking lot, but wasn't bad because we were only to sleep in the room. There was a very delicious and rich breakfast in the morning In the neighborhood, with everything the heart wants and the hotel itself, you can find a small cinema with 2 rooms we have not used. Thermal is 5 minutes walk and continues to be a very good steak restaurant and bakeries. The some makel in our eyes was the design of access to bathroom and toilet..., these could be closed by a large slide door of milk glass... but then always keep one at the same time, i.e. either clothing or bathroom. And in the milk glass of the toilet was a lock to be able to open or open the door.., and a split to the shower... all in all so VERY bright.., we didn't know so yet, is used to. Who thinks of this is either very open in his relationship.., or single ;)"
