"We found all the staff and management very polite and helpful. Made our birthday and wedding anniversary a memorable occasion. The GM and the staff made our holiday very special. Thank you all, much appreciated. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We would return back one day."

"It won't be easy to find an open door and someone waiting for you at this hotel located in the upper part of town quite far from the seaside, parking on the street in front of the establishment. The person who welcomed us (reservations made on Booking) was the cleaning lady who spoke only Bulgarian and we were able to communicate via a telephone translator, it is in your interest to understand everything about how it works the first time and ask the right questions, because more person after 2 minutes, you will be alone in the establishment with other tourists (Bulgarians and Russians during our stay). Otherwise the room we chose was on the 3rd floor with a small balcony and sea view (far away of course), nice surface and clean overall (you should not look in the corners and on the doors), small refrigerator starting to flee, the lack of maintenance is glaring here, it must have been superb 10 years ago!! you are even encouraged not to eat breakfast because it is supposedly of poor quality (maybe the wife doesn't want to get up early to prepare it?). So it was breakfast outside and in a good atmosphere! Bathroom Bulgarian toilet with shower in a corner and watering the whole! Establishment just good for a visit."

"The hotel is situated in a nice place, the first impression is absolutely stunning. Reception staff is super nice and speak English, so no problem with anything. They will resolve any problem just to make you happy. Rooms are very spacious and, we had one massive bed and a sofa bed, but we’ve asked for additional bed and it was no problem at all. Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. The hotel overall is very clean and smells nice. The food was really good, we were happy with a large variety of fresh vegetables and fruits, also salads, meat and fish. Choice of wine, soft drinks and beer which you can fill yourself. Same with ice creams. Snack time between meals is great, again big choice of fruits, salads, pizza, chips, sandwiches. Never ending food. Entertainment was ok, the entertainment team from hotel is a bunch of very talented people, super nice and creative. The only thing I’d improve is to introduce sunbeds on the beach. I feel is was one of my best hotel with AI I’ve been recently. Great hotel on the beach, good location, great food and hotel staff. Thank you for making my holiday special 😀"

"Hotel staff are very polite even if they can’t speak English .hotel is very clean just like the room , the hotel itself is in a very quiet location, no nightlife . The food is very good plenty to choose from , The only fault we found was the shower that it does flood when one is having shower. If you are in a wheelchair please beware restaurant in on the first floor (20steps approximately) but apart from that wheelchair accessible. Please be careful if you go on the beach you will have to pay for the sun lounge."
