"The hotel is just inside the walled city, which is easily reached through a small door opening on the wall. The room we were given was large, clean and had all the amenities you needed. The receptionist was also very friendly and informative, providing us with great dinner suggestions, which were really delicious. The only thing you have to lug your luggage from the outside wall to the hotel which we were warned about. And our room was just above the loudspeaker from the attached restaurant, which fortunately shuts at 10.30pm. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel."

"The hotel building looks a bit old, but it's still very clean. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, like a painting. This is my favorite small town in Portugal. It's a short drive to both sides of the sea, and the views are incredibly beautiful! The most convenient thing is having its own parking lot, and there's also a swimming pool, which is great. If you stay in the old town, you have to park in an outside lot and drag your luggage in. From our hotel, it was only a few minutes' walk to the old town."

"The front desk was kind, but the facilities were very poor. There were no amenities other than bath towels and bathrobes, the shower was practically nonexistent, and there were no comforters on the beds. The elevator was also not working, so it was very difficult for tourists to carry suitcases up the spiral staircase. The air conditioner was on the floor, and after about 4 hours the drainage was flooded...I was surprised when I woke up in the morning to find the area around the bed flooded. The biggest problem was the breakfast, which only had water, orange juice, a few types of bread, three kinds of fruit (not cut), yogurt, one type of cheese, and two or three types of ham. The bread could be heated, but the rest was basically cold. There was a coffee server and cereal. There were delicious restaurants around, so it would be better not to include breakfast. Incidentally, this can be said for the whole town of Obidos, but the signal is poor (even with 3G), so there are many times when cards such as City Tax cannot be used, so it is safer to have cash. It's right in the middle of Obidos and the hotel staff are very friendly, so I think it could be more popular if the facilities were better...I want to support it, so I hope they make improvements."

"A recently built, modern, and very clean establishment. Room (number 3) was spacious with a very comfortable bed. No unpleasant smells from a few guests. Very easy and free street parking. Excellent Wi-Fi. A 10-minute walk from the historic center where parking is paid and can be crowded! Overall, a very pleasant surprise with unbeatable value for money. Breakfast isn't served, but at €60 a night, that's perfectly fine. Besides, that's not the purpose of this establishment. However, yes, there's no sink in the common room."

They give you a slip to check off the day before with your breakfast time. In the morning, you go to the dining room at the time you’ve chosen and everything is already set up for you. The rooms were pretty with an elegant feel and there was plenty of hot water in the shower."

"We stayed for a week at Casa Liador as we wanted a place to stop and relax by a pool. Obidos is a busy medieval town with lots of day trippers and we wondered if we had made a mistake. The accommodation is tucked away up a side street and once there it was very quiet and relaxing. We spent our mornings going for walks outside of Obidos then relaxed by the pool for the afternoon and explored the town in the evening. The accommodation was perfect, clean and well maintained. The bonus for us was the facilities. A small kitchen with a good sized fridge so could make our breakfast and lunch. The staff were always helpful and kept the coffee well stocked!"

"Hotel in a great location 5 minutes from the centre.We had the villa number 5 a little uncomfortable to reach with baggage. The hotel has a discreet restaurant, mainly pizzeria and anyway some good dinner rooms nearby. Super friendly staff and available. Excellent cleaning, spend two times a day. Breakfast is very good and complete for both the salad and the sweet. There is a very nice and comfortable breakfast and reception area. Very wide, light and well furnished room. One sins the third bed too hard to sleep. Beautiful pool with hydromassage. Excellent outdoor patio for the night. Vin and water in the room.I strongly advise."
