"I arrived pretty late at night, but the staff was still very kind and helpful, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, and I felt relaxed right away. Breakfast wasn’t a huge buffet, but every dish tasted fresh and made with care, and I actually preferred that. You could feel the quality in each item. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely come back. Thanks for the warm hospitality!"

"My friend and I came to the lovelive holy land for a pilgrimage. I chose this hotel because I saw that it had Yeyu's furnishings. The lady boss was very nice and we had a very happy stay!"

Nature Inn Osekan

"This is the first stop of my trip to Izu around the island. The room and private style can also see Mount Fuji. It is really good. The price includes a berth and two meals. The style is Japanese style and there are surprises. I came to know that this 𥚃 is a diving holy place, and I will consider participating next time. The accommodation is very close to the Shenchi, of course, it is also to watch the Shenchi to stay here, thank you for the hospitality."

Marina Bay Numazu Hotels in Numazu

Marina Bay Numazu

"A very bad experience. It is neither a hotel nor a B&B. It is my own house. The owner neither speaks English nor uses translation software and cannot communicate throughout the process! How dare a hotel like this have the guts to accept foreign tourists? The transportation is very inconvenient. The bus only leaves every hour. After finally arriving, it was two hours before the check-in time. I wanted to store my luggage and walk around nearby. The store owner refused and asked him why. He said it was not three o'clock yet. I laughed. After staying in the hotel for so many days, there were so many foreign tourists who arrived early to store their luggage. Whoever had the right travel time card didn’t have to check in! We were speechless. The 40-degree high temperature threw all our luggage out and asked us to come back at three o'clock. So we chose not to check in that day. This person was smearing Japan, and we seriously suspected that the owner of this hotel was a nationalist. No one should come, so as not to cause travel trouble for us."

Izu Mitohama Shotokan Hotels in Numazu

Izu Mitohama Shotokan

"I had a wonderful and memorable time staying at Shotokan. First of all, the room was spacious and full of Japanese charm, and I was able to relax comfortably. From the room, Mt. Fuji could be clearly seen across the sea, and I was impressed by the beautiful view. I spent a luxurious time enjoying the changing expressions of Mt. Fuji and the sea depending on the time of day. The kaiseki cuisine was also beautiful to look at, and each dish was carefully prepared, making it a memorable delicacy. I thoroughly enjoyed the delicate flavors made with local ingredients. The hot spring bath in the room was also very comfortable, and I was soothed by the luxury of being able to enjoy the hot spring whenever I wanted without worrying about being seen by others. And above all, the hospitality of the inn's staff was truly wonderful, and they always treated me warmly and courteously, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude to them. In addition, I was blessed with the opportunity to see the works of famous Japanese painters on display in the building, and I was very happy to be able to experience art unexpectedly. Everything was the best hospitality, and I was able to refresh both my body and mind. I would love to visit again in a different season."

Awa Nishi-Izu Hotels in Numazu

Awa Nishi-Izu

"We had a delightful one-night stay at AWA. It's located a 5 minute drive from the center of town, but provided so many activities that the hotel itself felt like a destination. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. We enjoyed the free-flow Sake, Wine, and beer, as well as the complimentary fireworks, Onsen (private and shared), and self-guided caligraphy sessions. We were also able to borrow bikes (for free) to head into town for some dinner. Our stay at AWA was one of the highlights from our trip."

"The service was excellent, the breakfast was delicious, and the alcoholic beverages were a pleasant surprise. However, the hot springs required men and women to take turns, which was a bit inconvenient."

Daiwa Roynet Hotel Numazu ★★★★
"The hotel deserves an excellent mark. The hotel is situated next to Central Station; nevertheless, it is a very calm area. I was on my way from Mt. Fuji to take the Shinkansen to Osaka, so I decided to stay in the little town of Numazu to get real fresh sashimi at the Fish Market. Daiwa Roynet Hotel Numazu was a perfect solution. The room was very bright, clean, and spacious. The personnel were very kind and spoke English. If you are lucky enough, you'll get a room with a view of Mt. Fuji just from your window. So, I can give only positive feedback. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is greatly located on a hill over the beach, but the sea could be accessed trough stairs behind the hotel. The spa is great and view from the the rooms are beautiful. Be careful though, how many off you are going to be in room. They may charge you for one member of the family. A child. As it happened to us. Trip.com was kind to deal with them and them reimbursing to us"

"This hotel is a 10-minute walk from Numazu Imperial Villa Park. When we entered the room, my partner said, "This time we have an ocean view." So I replied, "We've always had ocean-facing rooms." Looking outside, the tops of the lush pine trees had been cut off. Until now, it was more of a "pine tree view" than an ocean view, but the view was open and it really was an ocean view of Suruga Bay. The sunset was beautiful. Also, the table and cushions in the room had been replaced with a table and a very low chair. I wish they had left one cushion, but this low chair was quite okay. The baths, which are switched between men and women, have a large indoor bath and an open-air bath, and the hot spring is free and transparent. There are no amenities in the washroom area. After the bath, I used the massage chair in the lobby lounge to relax. You can go out to the beach from the garden. We had dinner at the dinner venue. Because it was a standard kaiseki meal, when I looked at the menu, I thought there might not be many dishes, but it was very filling. Every dish was delicious. The grilled pork with miso sauce and the autumn-like rice (Hagi rice with ginkgo nuts, red beans, sweet potatoes, and sesame salt) were especially unique. I also ate the almond jelly for dessert. Breakfast was a buffet. There were local dishes such as Shizuoka oden and Fujinomiya yakisoba, which were quite good. The dried horse mackerel was not cut into pieces but was delicious as a whole fish, so my wife and I went back to get some. The quail eggs and konnyaku in the Shizuoka oden were soaked in dashi broth. We went back to get this again. The kushiage that we thought was kushikatsu was actually onion, and the onion was very soft. The miso soup was pork soup. The Fujinomiya yakisoba was chewy. I heard people inside the venue saying how delicious it was. If something was missing, the staff immediately replenished it, and the buffet table was kept clean, so we were able to eat comfortably. This time, we stayed on the weekend and it was quite crowded, but it was still a comfortable stay."

Koko Hotel Numazu Ekimae ★★★
"Pros: Room: Good size for two people, not cramped, with enough space to open luggage. Very clean. Location: Short walk from the station. Amenities: Great water pressure in the bathroom and the AC worked well. They have every thing you might need included pajamas. Cons / Things to note: Station Access: To get to the other side of the station, you have to walk around the tracks via a detour path; you cannot cross through the platforms, unless you pay. Bathroom: A bit tight if you have a larger build. Hairdryer: It’s a wall-mounted type in the bathroom, and the wind is pretty weak. Overall: I was totally fine with everything here and had a good stay!"
