"5 night stay. Pros: location from Noto, quiet, hotel exteriors Cons: normal breakfast (never seen typical sweets and those that were there were certainly not from a pastry shop) with frozen croissants, packaged yogurt, fruit salad. But not as described on the site. Lunch and dinner with little choice, very high prices Dammuso room with unpleasant moldy smell, reported immediately to reception to be able to change it as I suffer from sinusitis. The reception staff, with unbelievable excuses, procrastinated or found excuses to avoid the change. Shower with yellowed and moldy plastic curtain. With every use the water ran all the way into the room with wet floor. The staff provided me with towels to dab it!!! And having to use a hairdryer every night the situation was quite dangerous. The shower was broken from day one. Non-existent wardrobe. A coat hanger 50 cm high from the floor (very useful for hanging summer clothes) Dark room due to the presence of only two small windows. But since it is a Dammuso room it must be justified, being a typical Sicilian structure. Upon arrival the toilet was still dirty, hair and fluff in the bathroom. When I reported the incident, they replied that they would check!!!! They made us pay for the stay in advance, even though we had no advance payment obligations. They justified themselves by saying that it is the procedure"

House and garden are perfectly maintained with very clean rooms, nice and stylish decorations (both in the house, and in the garden) and a pool overlooking the valley. He’s supported by a most friendly and dedicated team taking care of a delicious breakfast, tasty dinner, and smooth maintenance of house and rooms."

"Il Giardino del Barocco oferece estadia em um antigo, e razoavelmente bem conservado, "palazzo" dos anos 700, uma parte interessante da história de Noto, cidade imperdível para quem visita a Sicília. A localização é estupenda, bem central e a poucos minutos de caminhada das principais (e muitas) atrações, porém, muito cuidado para quem for de carro, pois o estacionamento, na rua, pode ser problemático. Bom quarto (enorme) e bom banheiro, com móveis não necessariamente novos porém bem conservados, e café da manhã simples e satisfatório. Atendimento simpático e prestativo. Aconselho a estadia. "

"The location is good, and the breakfast is quite good. Staying here in late December is not ideal. The room is cold, and the air conditioner doesn't heat it up. The water is barely hot, and even after running it for 10 minutes, it's still below body temperature, making it impossible to shower. Avoid staying in Noto during the winter, and it's best to travel to Syracuse and back the same day. Driving yourself is perfectly adequate."

"The villa and gardens are beautiful. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Lovely shower, fantastic restaurant and the breakfast is abundant and fresh. The location is peaceful but close to Noto and sea. We were happy to stay there and will return. Love for all the staff"

"Rural retreat with lovely pool and comfortable room. Nice breakfast but lacking any other food and drink offering. Nearest shop/restaurants around 15 minutes drive. Ideal for short stay / touring stop."
