"Clean, hygienic, and spacious rooms"

"Excellent room on the motorway services. Quick check in with polite, cheerful and helpful receptionists. Short walk to the food court in the service station, plenty of parking outside the hotel and no traffic noise. Good value and would stay here again."

"It’s very beautiful place and worth staying very clean and the staff is perfect"

"Good service, comfortable stay."

"Great place"

"The hotel customer service was helpful in booking the room for a proposal to my gf"

"The room is simple, but nice"

"My wife and I recently booked a 3-night stay at the Westone Manor Hotel. On arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Sansuta, one of the receptionists. She was friendly, polite, professional, and accommodating in every way, especially to our room needs, as my wife is an amputee and in a wheelchair. Although the room that she allocated was not advertised as an accessible room, it was suitable for our needs. The room was very spacious, clean, and had everything that you needed, with fresh towels each day. The Reception Bar area is accessible and well presented, with quiet, peaceful areas if you need, and Pribean, a member of the staff, was also friendly. The restaurant area has its own bar area and is much more tranquil, and some of the seating overlooks the wonderful, peaceful garden area, which can also be accessed from the restaurant. The food menu has a varied range of choices and reasonaly priced, and the food was good. We were welcomed by Kanchan, a member of the restaurant staff, again very friendly, Polite and Helpful. On reflection of our stay, although the hotel is located in a residential area, it is very quiet, peaceful, and has lovely surroundings, clean throughout all areas, and the rooms are fairly priced. We slept soundly during our stay. We were made very welcome, and all the staff are wonderful; nothing is too much trouble. A special thank you to Heema and Charlie, who also made our stay fantastic. Highly recommend it if you need to stay in this area. We shall be booking a return stay in about 3-4 weeks. Des & Kaz."

"Visiting over Easter and have never stayed at this hotel. Feel like a PI connoisseur these days so standard room, actually was a really spacious room - bigger than your average hotel. It was clean and well cared for, free parking too. We were in the other building - so access via a path but it wasn’t an issue for us. The best part of the stay was the breakfast though. We were met and served by Anna who was just wonderful and really made our stay go from good to exceptional- what a legend she is and someone I would absolutely be look to hire over your other hotels. Great job Anna - thank you"
