"We have just enjoyed another wonderful stay at one of our favourite places. We have stayed here a number of times over the years and always receive such a warm and friendly welcome. Rostrevor is one of the most beautiful places to visit and a walk/run in Kilbroney Forrest is highly recommended. The rooms are always clean and comfortable and the food in the restaurant is exceptional. The bar usually has live music in the evening which adds to the atmosphere and character of the place. We happened to book during the Fiddlers green festival and thoroughly enjoyed the live music in the village. Overall, we would strongly recommend a stay here and hope to return again soon. Keep an eye out for the dinner, breakfast and room deal which is excellent value for money."

"We recently stayed at Killeavy Castle Estate and had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. We were there for a wedding tasting event, and it exceeded all our expectations. The three-course meal was absolutely brilliant—each dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour. It really gave us confidence in the quality and care that goes into their weddings. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and professional, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Our room was gorgeous—stylish, comfortable, and finished to a very high standard. It made for a really relaxing overnight stay. We also had the chance to visit the spa, which was equally lovely—calm, well-maintained, and the perfect place to unwind. One of the highlights was taking a walk around the estate. The surroundings are stunning, and it was great to explore the grounds. We also stopped by the farm shop and picked up a few treats, which were a real bonus and a lovely touch to the overall experience. We thoroughly recommend Killeavy Castle Estate to anyone considering a stay or planning a wedding—it truly is a special place."

"Gareth & Emma are very helpful, giving us information about the area, where to eat and places to visit etc. They have thought of everything and nothing is too much hassle. All of the little touches give it a high-class feel and are perfect- great shower, perfect pillows and it’s so clean. Easily the best B&B we have found while touring Northern Ireland and we returned for an impromptu extra night! We are Game of Thrones fans and Gareth went out of his way to let us know all of the local sites to visit as well as providing a map with these on. Will definitely come back in the future."

"The owner was very kind on the day of the reservation that I made directly with her by phone the day before the trip and we agreed that she would send me the information to access the apartment by email, the next day around 1:30 p.m. with an hour and a half left. She sends me a text message saying that she had sent everything to WhatsApp (which I don't have as a signal) and then I ask her to send it to me by email since I don't have WhatsApp, during this time I had a disagreement with the person who would make the trip. with me and she said that she would no longer be accompanying me on the trip, so at 3:30 p.m. I tried to contact the owner to inform her that I would no longer be going so that she could handle her reservations in case there was anyone interested and that if there was the possibility of a refund of at least 50% of the remaining days, around 6:00 p.m. he contacted me and without barely saying a “hello” or “good afternoon” he was blunt and said: “I was sorry but I wasn't going to return not even a penny”… I understand that it was my fault but if I were a correct, humane and compassionate person I would have agreed to reimburse the remaining days… and nothing, there was no way, I lost £450 but I am sure that she will lose much more That I, a possible future guest, travel a lot and this is the first time I reserve a place and I can't go... I have “GENIUS 3” in *********** and I usually stay in 2 or 3 places at least... and even if your site is the last one in the world, I would deal with this lady again... now why did I come to trip advisor to leave her a review? Because the one who left it on GOOGLE.COM, the beautiful one, had the ability to delete it and the worst of all is that Google lets that happen... that's why since then I no longer believe in the reviews they leave... Thank you My Sheila for your kindness and Compassion... to at least offer me another date to stay... make good use of the money."
