"It desperately needs renovation. On our third floor, the hallway floor was repaired with tape in several places (tripping hazards). It stank of ******** or chlorine! The room (bathroom) was occupied by roommates who hadn't paid for it! So: silverfish and other bugs, no cockroaches. The really best thing was the location and the First Watch (breakfast, lunch) a three-minute walk away."
