"The hotel service was excellent! Sandie and Alice from the staff were incredibly warm and patient, truly living up to the Marriott brand's reputation. The overall cleanliness was top-notch, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel lobby bar has an elegant ambiance, perfect for a relaxing tea or a quick break. While the breakfast was good, I wish there were more varieties. Despite that, I was very satisfied overall and highly recommend it! I dined at the restaurant twice, and the manager was very welcoming. The Shandong cuisine offered was quite unique and the prices were acceptable. All the hotel facilities are new, providing a fantastic experience. I highly recommend staying here for your travels."

"Travel with family and choose Rizhao Seaview Holiday Hotel. Arrived at the hotel almost 7 pm. As soon as the car drove outside the lobby, the hotel reception staff came out to warmly receive, take the luggage and help deliver the luggage to the room.
The hotel lobby is spacious and generous, the rooms are well-equipped, the sanitary products are complete, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the rest environment is quiet. In addition, there is a gym and laundry room, which is an ideal place to stay for business and tourism. The hotel is very convenient to travel, and there are many specialty food restaurants around. Not far from Wanpingkou Scenic Area.

The sheets in the room we stayed in were opened and there was hair. I really have to vomit blood for 400 yuan a night. I really can't change a hotel after staying for two days. Not recommended. The attitude of the front desk customer service girl is very good, the environment is also good, very close to the beach, it is very suitable to bring children, there are woods and beaches, but it is not helpful and there is no water. There is also a shuttle bus ticket that is not clear in advance. There are going back and forth, and the shuttle bus has to be paid for when you leave the scenic spot. We negotiated a bit, and finally because we even lived, we also agreed to give the ticket. This process is very tired. It is obvious that the work can be done in advance, and the passengers must strive for it."

"Five stars, highly recommended! This stay far exceeded my expectations; everything was absolutely perfect.
The hotel lobby is grand and elegant. Upon entering, staff immediately offered to help with my luggage. Check-in at the front desk was very quick, and the staff were gentle and patient, even offering thoughtful recommendations for local attractions.
The room was spotlessly clean, with no stains in corners or the bathroom. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were very practical. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the mattress had just the right firmness, and the soundproofing and blackout curtains were excellent – I slept straight through till morning.
The facilities were well-maintained, and the toiletries were high quality. Room service was very responsive whenever I needed anything. The location is superb, making it easy to get around for dining and shopping.
Throughout my stay, the service was attentive yet discreet, never overbearing. Every detail showed thoughtfulness, truly making me feel at home. This is my top choice for accommodation when traveling; I’ll definitely stay here again!"

"之前來日照在世帆基地旁邊的遊艇碼住沒想到今年在旁邊開了一家全新的東方禪意版全季5.0曉山青，推門就是海，必須的試試。挑高的大堂，全海景大玻璃，入住之後才發現最讓我驚喜的是躺在床上就能看到遊艇和潮汐塔，漲落潮窗外一看便知，看日出非常推薦之前要跑到海邊去看，現在直接躺在床上就看了。從遊艇碼頭步道一路看着風景走到燈塔沙灘就五六分鐘，整個空間都瀰漫著茶香，讓人身心愉悦，前台知道我喜歡這個香味，退房的時候還給我精心準備了香水的試用裝點贊👍，商務旅遊都不錯風景好心情就好😀"

"This was the best and most satisfying hotel I stayed at during my time in Rizhao. The facilities are new, clean, and the rooms are spacious. Both the front desk staff and the housekeeping aunties provided excellent service!
Breakfast didn't have a huge selection, but there were both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was good. However, a serious issue occurred during breakfast.
The staff member placing the chopsticks accidentally dropped one onto the table I was using. Instead of immediately removing this contaminated chopstick, they put it back with the others.
Food safety is paramount, and this created a potential food safety hazard for the next guests using that table. I immediately contacted the duty staff and reported the incident to the front desk. The gentleman at the front desk, wearing a dark blue suit, had an excellent attitude, responded promptly, and went to handle it right away. However, the duty staff's first reaction was to make excuses for the incident, telling me that all tables are disinfected. I immediately retorted, ”Was this table disinfected after I used it?” Subsequently, I asked her to remove all the chopsticks.
I hope the hotel makes improvements based on this incident and enhances training. The hotel performed very well in all other aspects."
