"Rizhao Seaview Holiday Hotel is in a good location, close to Wanpingkou, convenient for travel and play. The rooms are clean and tidy, with good lighting and high-rise rooms overlooking the sea. The bedding is comfortable, the bathroom facilities are complete, and the IHG standard is stable. The breakfast is rich in variety, equipped with a gym and free self-service laundry room, convenient parking, the manager Pan on duty learned about the accommodation needs in advance and waited for the reception, the service was very warm, the room could see the sunrise view, but the weather was cloudy, but the trip was worthwhile. "Five stars, highly recommended! This stay far exceeded my expectations; everything was absolutely perfect.
The hotel lobby is grand and elegant. Upon entering, staff immediately offered to help with my luggage. Check-in at the front desk was very quick, and the staff were gentle and patient, even offering thoughtful recommendations for local attractions.
The room was spotlessly clean, with no stains in corners or the bathroom. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were very practical. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the mattress had just the right firmness, and the soundproofing and blackout curtains were excellent – I slept straight through till morning.
The facilities were well-maintained, and the toiletries were high quality. Room service was very responsive whenever I needed anything. The location is superb, making it easy to get around for dining and shopping.
Throughout my stay, the service was attentive yet discreet, never overbearing. Every detail showed thoughtfulness, truly making me feel at home. This is my top choice for accommodation when traveling; I’ll definitely stay here again!"

Book a room to upgrade to a deluxe standard, the room is large, the layout is very reasonable, the wall is very convenient, the bedding is very comfortable, the dry and wet separation space is very good, the room color is good. The napkins are very sufficient, the toiletries are good, but the shampoo can be used with a good brand.

"This is a relatively new hotel, and its location is quite close to the beach. The hygiene and service are acceptable. However, the hotel elevators are a pain to wait for. For breakfast, most of the options are vegetarian, and there's no coffee. Plus, with a lot of kids during the summer holiday, the restaurant tends to get dirty, and spilled food on the floor often isn't cleaned up promptly. Table turnover is incredibly slow, and the staff move very sluggishly and look annoyed."

"The facilities are new, and the front desk lady was very friendly. The location is also close to the beach. However, there were two things I wasn't happy about: there was an unknown hair on the toilet paper, and the duvet was very noisy, rustling every time I turned over, which affected my sleep."

"This was the best and most satisfying hotel I stayed at during my time in Rizhao. The facilities are new, clean, and the rooms are spacious. Both the front desk staff and the housekeeping aunties provided excellent service!
Breakfast didn't have a huge selection, but there were both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was good. However, a serious issue occurred during breakfast.
The staff member placing the chopsticks accidentally dropped one onto the table I was using. Instead of immediately removing this contaminated chopstick, they put it back with the others.
Food safety is paramount, and this created a potential food safety hazard for the next guests using that table. I immediately contacted the duty staff and reported the incident to the front desk. The gentleman at the front desk, wearing a dark blue suit, had an excellent attitude, responded promptly, and went to handle it right away. However, the duty staff's first reaction was to make excuses for the incident, telling me that all tables are disinfected. I immediately retorted, ”Was this table disinfected after I used it?” Subsequently, I asked her to remove all the chopsticks.
I hope the hotel makes improvements based on this incident and enhances training. The hotel performed very well in all other aspects."
