"The service was excellent; they were responsive to every request. Whether it was replenishing drinking water, getting extra face towels, or more hangers, all our needs were met within 5 minutes – fantastic! The room decor matched the pictures almost perfectly, and the projector worked great. We even caught the World Cup finals and semi-finals during our stay without any viewing issues. The hotel's surroundings are lively, with the Xingyun Night Market just across the street, and most dining options are within a walkable kilometer. The hotel has a dedicated parking lot, but it's not very big. Luckily, the security guard was a skilled driver; we'd hand him the keys, and he'd expertly arrange the parking every day, like a game of Tetris, keeping all the cars neatly lined up."

"有點小失望～前一晚上12點才到的酒店，然後想着和朋友喝喝酒，解解開車的疲乏…喝到了半夜3點多，想着第二天反正不趕行程，就可以睡晚一點…結果，經典了，9點多服務員敲門，敲了一遍我們沒理，直接拿房卡刷，就推門～好在內側上鍊條了，我沖過去問要幹嘛，她説你們不是要退房嗎？可能搞錯了。然後走了，大概十幾分鍾後，又有人來，又是敲了一遍，沒理，又是直接刷卡就推門，實在忍不住了，我們就生氣了，説你們有沒有搞錯，退不退房你們不知道嗎？一遍又一遍，還讓不讓人休息的！！！然後就給我看他們的工作交接，果然，我們的房號也在退房的名單裏，我真的是服了！！！！！工作崗位都沒有經過系統培訓的嗎？第一印象真不好。還有就是，明明就是温泉酒店，卻説還沒建成，8月後才開放…那為什麼要誤導人呢，大老遠開過去山咔咔裏……"

"The hotel design is better, there is no rural style, there is a small underground garage, parking is convenient. The garden terrace is the same as the picture, in line with my expectations, I can see Wumeng Mountain from a distance, I can't help but make a pot of tea and sit here. There is a small refrigerator in the room, water and local specialty drinks are sent, and the boss also sent an extra bottle of water. It is very close to the visitor center for about 4 minutes by car. It is more convenient to have many restaurants next to it. The breakfast variety is suitable, clean and delicious, starting at 7:30. You need to buy tickets early to go up the mountain. The offline tickets of Wumeng Prairie are generally sold out before 9 o'clock. The hotel is on the main road in the village, and the garden balcony is on the street side. There are often big cars passing by. The bathroom has windows, but there is no separation of dry and wet. It is easy to step on the water to the room after taking a bath."

"Facilities: Well-equipped, the bathroom is large and spacious!
Environment: Very convenient location, with shopping and dining options just downstairs.
Service: Excellent service. The receptionist, Xiao Yang, was gentle and generous, and even upgraded us to a family room because she saw we had an older child.
Cleanliness: The housekeeping staff were honest and enthusiastic. There were a few minor imperfections in the cleaning, but their attitude was very proactive.
Suggestion: The hotel room floors could be thoroughly cleaned to make it perfect!"

Because it was 10 o'clock in the evening, the hotel car arrived an hour late, the boss still drove to pick it up, the next morning, the scenery outside the window was simply a must, I wanted to stay a few more days, but the hotel was too hot, I couldn't book it at all.

"The guesthouse is very new, and the owner and her family are incredibly welcoming. Most importantly, the owner's son can take us through Gate 2 to explore the area. We planned to go snorkeling, but ended up spending half a day exploring almost all the beautiful spots. They even took me to Little Altay! We entered the scenic area from the guesthouse… The experience was extremely satisfying! I highly recommend it!
The view of the Wumeng Mountains from the window is breathtaking! All the pictures were taken by them; can you believe how beautiful they are…?"
