"近幾日住過本酒店兩種房型的大床房。 設施：看中今年新開業，設施比較新，選擇的麗呈睿軒，小度智能控制確實很方便。不過衞生間不是智能馬桶，這個天氣坐着蠻冷的。洗臉枱盆處無毛巾架，但有温馨提示：本着綠色環保，建議減少布草的洗滌，可多次使用（大概這個意思吧）。不過我用過的毛巾沒地方晾掛，如果丟在枱面上，下次再用來洗臉，心裏多少有點膈應。 衞生：1.第一晚剛入住，準備用洗手間，發現座圈上有明顯的黃色尿漬，以及未用乾布擦乾淨的水漬，裏面還有未沖乾淨的黑色雜質，不知道是什麼。（及時聯繫了前台客服，前台工作人員帶着保潔阿姨過來迅速打掃了一下衞生間馬桶，並表達了歉意）；2.剛開始淋浴間下水很慢，以為是地漏設計上的問題，並未在意，自己洗頭髮都會把頭髮放在牆面隔板上，生怕堵地漏。後來發現水越積越深，一直漫到了房間，因為正在洗澡不方便聯繫客房部處理，沒有手套我徒手扣開地漏才發現堆積了一團長長短短的毛髮，接着下水就順暢了，還自行擦乾了地面，擦完拍照，照片依然可以看到地面的水跡。這時已經對酒店衞生很不滿意了，並且對我自己造成很大不便。退房時和前台客服反映了這個情況，希望保潔阿姨可以加強打掃細節，以免給住客帶來困擾和不便。因此，衞生分我實事求是打得並不高。 環境：酒店在大樓的22/23層，地毯看着很新，房間剛進來會有裝修後遺留的味道，需要開窗通風。樓層高，周邊視野開闊。 服務：第一晚預訂房間時備註了有小孩，需要小童拖鞋和踩腳凳，酒店都有認真準備，這個服務很好。需要更多衣架，聯繫了前台，也很快幫忙送來了。早餐準備得也很貼心。這些很加分。 第二次入住歡迎水果是爛的…其實少給一些也沒問題的🥲 另外，烘乾機網兜裏的積灰很厚，我清理出來後整個洗衣房裡都沒找到垃圾桶，無奈衹好放在枱面上，並寫了便簽貼貼在垃圾旁。"
