I stayed at the Snow Lotus Hotel in Lhasa in the early morning and couldn't sleep (I don't know if it was because of the high reaction) (but I was fine at the altitude of Loza 3800). I miss the Vienna Hotel in Loza County very much. The two nights in the Vienna Hotel in Loza were the best two days of sleep in the whole trip. The pillows are very comfortable to prevent high-reverse windows + humidifiers. The quilt is thicker is normal. It will be cold at night. At first I felt that the quilt was thick. I didn't expect it to be quite suitable. Although oxygen supply is not 24 hours, it is enough to sleep at night. If you are worried about high reaction, you have to bring your own nasal oxygen tube. I didn't use the nasal oxygen tube, I felt that at 3800 altitude, the dispersion type was enough.

"酒店就在拉康鎮，居委會旁邊，地圖上沒有標但很好找，有停車場。這家是2026年開業，設施很新很好，一共兩層無電梯。房間挺不錯的，水龍頭水壓較大需注意，室內熱水器供熱穩定，但冷熱水調控需要很精細。有乾濕分離但我們房間淋浴間沒密封好，洗澡水會流到外面去流一地。小鎮子條件有限不能有太高期望。服務還可以，但老闆經常不在前台，入住的時候需要留好電話不然找不到人。前台有提供洛扎旅遊導覽還不錯。酒店沒有餐廳，吃飯需要到周邊餐廳飯店解決，基本走兩步就到了。"

"I have always wanted to experience authentic Tibetan houses, and this time I finally realized my dream! From the moment I entered the door, I was surrounded by a strong Tibetan style. Beautiful wood carvings, gorgeous Tangka, warm copper utensils, stories are hidden in every corner. The most surprising thing is that although the room is traditional, the facilities are very modern and the oxygen supply equipment is also available. There is no need to worry about altitude sickness or cold at night. The bedding is clean and comfortable, and the window is the trans-channel and the snow-capped mountains in the distance. The boss and the proprietress are authentic locals and very enthusiastic. Wake up in the morning by the aroma of butter tea and simmering tea, chatting with them around the stove at night, listening to them tell the stories of the grassland and the mountains, I feel really integrated into the life here. It is not the kind of trip to see the flowers, but a stop of the soul. If you are looking for a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle and feel the Tibetan culture, this is definitely the best choice!"
