"The hotel's hardware facilities are quite good, but the soft skills of staff training and management are lacking. The front desk staff are listless, stiff, unproactive, and unenthusiastic. The shower drain in the room was clogged and not fixed, causing water to leak outside. The washing machine in the laundry room also leaked water all over the floor after washing clothes. I hope these aspects can be improved."
