I even got upgraded to a Mido-style room, but I actually found that room to be worse – no bathtub and right above the noisy AC unit. However, after contacting the hotel, all issues were resolved. The staff's attitude was excellent, thumbs up!"

The room amenities are a pleasant surprise for the price range, featuring a Tmall Genie smart device and a smart toilet—fully equipped and high-end, making it even more comfortable and convenient than my own home. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, clean, and the service is attentive; both the facilities and services are top-notch. Considering everything, this is definitely the best hotel I've stayed at in this price range, offering the best value for money. "純純為了童年IP買單💔 雖説是這個月新開的酒店，但是酒店電梯，浴室有點舊舊的感覺，更像是翻新的酒店。前台服務很差，基本小聲説的很快，所以第一遍我是聽不清他説什麼的😶🌫️而且態度不怎麼好，入住的時候也跟我確認了是兩大兩小的，但是房間內衹配有一個小孩的洗漱用品，前台當時也沒有讓阿姨給我拿，是我到房間發現後打給前台，關鍵是…打了也沒拿給我，態度也不怎麼好，我説需要一份小孩的洗漱用品，他問我要什麼，我重複了一遍，他又問了一遍，他説要我説明是牙刷還是什麼，我就很無語了？感覺前台也培訓不到位，房間內衹有一份小孩的用品，照着標準多準備一份不就好了嗎？難道我會多要你一個牙刷？一雙拖鞋？😂😂3點多讓拿的，9點多到房間還是沒有，後面是看到走廊的清潔阿姨問拿的😶🌫️。因為訂的親子酒店，所以沒帶小朋友的清潔用品，結果小朋友用的沐浴露洗髮水也沒有🙂↔️。酒店內沒有泳池沒有小童樂園，補了一個小童門票雙床房到手也一千多了，這個價格景區內選擇也挺多的，下次還是住其他酒店離表演的地方近一點，純純為了情懷買單🥹浴室排水口偏高，導致永遠都有一大攤水排不出去，房門隔音也很差，一早一晚巨吵🫠，房間桌面上飛行棋的棋盤，小孩找了一遍也沒發現有玩的“道具”，打電話給前台，哦，確是是沒有的😂吧枱上面的兩個插座都是沒電的😂房間配的小童牙刷是不知名牌子的，後面問清潔阿姨拿那個是舒客的，房間唯一的好處大概是空調掛機，由於不是風管機，所以冷氣很足😂😂。晚上9點多到酒店是看不到有前台的，中午退房又衹有一個前台，登記入住也是她，叫我們把車牌號登記在紙上，結果出場了還顯示還沒處理，就又卡在停車場出口…而且閘口旁所有酒店前台的電話都有，除了巢趣的……後面打給長盛酒店處理🫠 這次其實是第二次來赤坎古鎮了，之前住另一家酒店態度很好的，很專業，體驗感很不錯的，退房也有小禮物，這家確是需要加強前台的培訓和房間的清潔了，畢竟同等價位景區內很多選擇。"

"All questions asked on the platform were answered by Da Biying (a popular online personality), who helped resolve the issues. The initial signage gave me a jolt, making it seem quite remote. The reception area was simply furnished, and there were mosquitoes in the room; although mosquito repellent was provided, it didn't seem to work. I wasn't paying attention to the pictures at the time, so the lack of a TV in the room was a bit of a surprise. There's a Chikan Restaurant in front of the guesthouse, which offers good value for money. The food street across the street is also very convenient, and it's only a few minutes' drive from the Chikan Overseas Chinese Resort Area. Overall, I recommend it."
