Travellers Beach Resort ★★★
"This hotel was nice and clean, had a gym and karaoke. The rooms were slightly smaller than the rooms I'm accustomed to in Negril. I love the fact that they offer you a drink upon your initial check-in of their delicious rum punch."
Azul Beach Resort Negril ★★★★★
"Best hotel ever in would recommend"
Country Country ★★★

Coco la Palm ★★★
"Spacious room with huge bathroom (ours had double shower!). Nice beach, good bar, good restaurant, great service."
Negril Beach Club ★★★
"I visit Negril monthly and stay here. It’s not super modernized, but it’s reasonably priced, right on the beach, and has 2 restaurants (1 is open 24 hours) on the beach front, which adds to the convenience. You also get daily housekeeping. I would recommend for travelers who are cost-conscious and want convenience."
Beach House Condos, Negril ★★★
"5th time visiting this hidden gem! Arrived with family and they were not disappointed. Private villas within feet of the calm Caribbean sea! My favorite bartender, Georgia was happily serving another family. We warmly embraced and I asked for my usual "Dirty Banana" thee best in all of Negril! Room accommodations at the Lower Jungle were perfect. Rooms were clean, cool and efficient for our needs! Book now you won't be disappointed! Staff feels like family!!"
Dela De-Rose Guest House Negril Jamaica ★★★
Tamboo Resort ★★★

Merrils Beach Resort II ★★★
"The say was great under the circumstances post Melissa. But will definitely gor back when things pick up."

Roots Cafe Rooms
Fun Holiday Beach Resort
"The place initially had ac amd internet, but both went out after my husband arrived. He was staying at this hotel due to the recent hurricane stopping his electricity and they said they had electricity. When I attempted to contact the supervisor about changing his room , I continuously got hung up on and the front desk rep stopped answering my calls. I would never suggest anyone to stay at this hotel, and my family and i would never stay here again."

The Caves
"Very quiet, intimate setting. The chef’s there are great, every meal was solid. Their staff is nice and very accommodating. The only thing this hotel needs is some updates to their rooms, otherwise it’s perfect for a quiet getaway If you’re looking for action and partying, go to Rick’s Cafe. It’s not even a mile from this resort"
Beaches Negril Resort and Spa - All Inclusive
"The experience was amazing. The entertainment crew alone was incredible, especially connecting with some of them. Delly was fantastic, as well as Lady Alexia with those fire tricks. Everything and everyone was perfect. Amazing vacation. The room service was lovely (I enjoyed the towel animals)."
Idle Awhile Resort
"For more detail, see below, but the short story is that we had a 5-night reservation at the White House suite and were unhappy enough to ask to be moved to a different room. We were lucky to be moved to a wonderful room at Idle Awhile Cliffs, where we stayed for 4 nights. I'll leave a separate review on the Cliffs since it deserves a very different rating. When I made our reservations for Idle Awhile Beach last spring, the only room available was the lower level of the White House suite (109). I was a bit concerned that all but 2 of the pictures on the hotel's website were of the upper suite (for the lower level see: one has a shot of the space with blue ceilings and the other is the kitchen with a gas range), but I assumed that they could not be that different. I was also fine with being located across the street from the beach and that the design of the White House looked different from the that of the main hotel, which seems really beautiful. There were some great things about Idle Awhile Beach: the staff are wonderful and really work hard to make you feel welcome - can't say enough good things about the folks who work here; everything we ate and drank at the restaurant was delicious; the beach and the grounds of the main hotel are beautiful. The reason we moved to the Idle Awhile Cliffs location after 1 night is due to the condition of the room. When we arrived, we noted that the room had at least a dozen mosquitoes, which made me check the screens and I noticed that many were torn. Since the White House is set a few lots back from the road among lush vegetation (and not exposed to any ocean breezes), the screens are important to have in this location. (Conversely, our room at the Cliffs location had no screens at all and we had no issue with mosquitoes as we had the breeze off the ocean.) We tried fixing one of the larger holes but after realizing how many needed repair we asked for tape to cover the openings. The staff kindly apologized and tried taping over the holes, noting that the screens needed to be replaced. We also noticed that the general condition of the room was shabby and in need of an overall update - peeling paint, cobwebs, stained surfaces, filthy range, broken trash can, rusted and/or missing window shade handles, worn furniture, etc. (see the attached pictures). The place just feels like neglected and it's depressing. While I was sitting on the bed, a screw fell out of the ceiling fan, making one of the blades come loose. Finally, I asked if they had any available rooms and they had one at the Cliffs location and we gladly and gratefully took it, figuring that we could visit the beach via the daily shuttle between the 2 locations. Overall, I don't think it's fair to market the lower level room as part of the main hotel. It implies a similar level of quality that is just not there. So, I would avoid the lower level of the White House unless you're getting a heavily discounted rate, which we weren't - there are many"
Xtabi Resort
"I enjoyed the location, the customer service was great at the dining area and the front desk. The bedroom was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The veranda area had tables and chairs with Sun lounge with views to the garden and the pool."
Secret Cabins at Firefly Beach
Sunrise Club Hotel
"Excellent resort run by an Italian Luca who moved to Jamaica. High quality cuisine and collaboration with Francesco Restifo, number one for organizing excursions. Serious, honest and reliable guy. We had a fantastic excursion to Port Antonio. Memorable. Thanks to all of them for the welcome."
