"The hotel Terra Umbra has a beautiful location, with large spaces and a very clean atmosphere. The rooms are clean, ordered and comfortable, and the guest is generally well-attentioned. A special mention goes certainly to Marco of the reception, perfect in the reception and really valuable for his suggestions. He has given us good advice on the places to visit around, showing a willingness and courtesy that really make the difference. I had the impression that it was entrusted with external management and, if that were the case, I believe it would be important to pay greater attention to alignment with hotel standards. The staff of the pool seemed to us far less comfortable and available, almost disturbed by the presence of guests. The bathroom was cleaning in the pool area too left a lot to desire and the bar was rather unfit of food and alternatives available. Sorry, because the pool and the outdoor spaces are certainly an important added value for this structure. In general, however, we have been very good and the experience in hotels has been absolutely positive. With greater attention to the management of the pool, the structure could really reach an excellent level. Thanks especially to Marco and all the hotel staff for courtesy and hospitality. We will be happy to return."

"Suitable for both families and couples, it's a sort of sprawling hotel spread across approximately 200 hectares of estate. Everything, from the farmhouses to the amenities, is brand new and truly tasteful and refined. Everything is well-made and of excellent quality. But the real difference is the staff: their kindness and helpfulness are that extra something that leaves a lasting impression. Claudia, the first person we met, definitely made our stay special with her tips; Federico, a true supervisor, helps you with every need, whether it's a choice of food or a problem with sports equipment; and Antonio, a great, genuine sommelier, and I don't know what else... they're truly a wonderful combination. Overall, a classy place, but not snobbish."

"Liked · We were 4 travellers and requested to stay in 1 room. - The room provided was very large and spacious. - The location was also excellent, close to all main amenities, with supermarket and restaurants very, and yet secluded and very quiet. Also very close to some seeing spots, with Centro Storico Narni (a beautiful medieval town) only 10 minutes away by car. - We were travelling by car and a large parking area is available. - Beds large and comfy, mattresses very comfortable - Staff very friendly, and a kind receptionist gave us a discount voucher to visit Cascate delle Marmore, which is unmissable. - Good breakfast, croissants and cakes were delicious - Overall a very pleasant stay and the hotel exceeded our expectations Disliked · Only very small complaints which didn't diminish our stay, but perhaps can suggest minor improvements. - The room was well heated, which was fine for me as the weather was cold. I understand it was central heating. However, it would be ideal if the room temperature can be adjusted. One of our group found the heat excessive - Bathroom of medium size and comfortable. Only issue was shower area which was very small. - My companions loved breakfast as they have a sweet tooth =) However, I prefer savoury items, and mostly only sweet items were available.. I suggest that maybe more savoury items are available."
