Grand Mercure Mysore
"A Horrendous Experience at Grand Mercure Mysore Our stay at Grand Mercure Mysore was a complete letdown from start to finish. The issues began at check-in with major communication gaps and incompetent room allocation. Despite booking 2 rooms with elderly and kids, we were offered rooms on separate floors, forcing us to wait hours while the staff fumbled for a solution. Luggage handling was equally chaotic—our bags remained unattended, and we had to retrieve our car keys ourselves just to get them delivered. The management showed no willingness to help, refused to process a refund for a downgraded room, and remained dismissive throughout. Service at breakfast was shockingly poor—a 20-minute wait for an omelette speaks volumes about their carelessness and inefficiency. This was a stay marred by inexperienced staff, disorganized processes, and management’s refusal to take accountability. For a hotel of this stature, such a lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting even basic hospitality."
Roopa Elite
"Everything was perfect fir our stay and the location was very appealing, close to all central attractions. The room was super comfy and well equipped to a luxurious standard. The pool was fantastic and we made full use of. The restaurant had a generous offering and food was up to a high standard. Thanks to the staff for all their help and making our stay such a treat. Cant wait to visit again."
Hotel Roopa
"Location is top! Easily accessible attractions like Mysore Palace, Devraj Market, Urs road, zoo etc. Hotel manager and reception staffs were quite co-operative to resolve the queries. Breakfast arrangements were quite well and food was really nice. Infinit restaurant offers good option to dine in with 15% discount for checked in customers. Just one thing which i didnt like is laundry charges. It was comparatively very high. Over in all recommended hotel for family with kids."
Southern Star,Mysore
"The stay was good . But not upto the level of 5 star . The room was worn out and the buffet spread was not good ."
Fortune JP Palace, Mysore - Member ITC Hotels' Group

Lalitha Mahal Palace Hotel
"It's not often that an ordinary person gets the chance to stay in a palace. There are many hotels in India with Palace in the name but this is the real deal. Built in 1921 0n the orders of the HH Maharaj of Mysore to house important visitors it retains the grandeur of a bygone age. We came to stay for one night sand stayed for three. Others have used the word faded to describe the grandeur and we wouldn't argue with that. If you look closely there are things that need maintenance, but running a palace as a commercial venture was never going to be easy and I think the same is true of staying at Buckingham Palace. For us, just simply being surrounded by the decor and the art was enough to make it a memorable experience."
Safari Quest
"Safari Quest Stay exceeded our expectations. The property is well-maintained, clean, and located in calm environment away from the city rush. The rooms were comfortable, the food was tasty, and the staff was always ready to help with a smile. It’s an ideal place for families looking to unwind and spend quality time together. The jungle theme rooms, ambiance and warm hospitality made our trip memorable. Definitely worth a visit and highly recommended for a relaxing getaway."

Heritage Inn
"Our stay at Heritage Inn was very pleasant. The food offered has been good and the staff were polite. Even they did guide us on few queries I had. I was surprised when they called me back to ask about a belt I had accidentally left back, very thoughtful!"
