I don't even know where to start with this review. Let me say that in the last 12 years I have stayed in over 200 hotels and have NEVER experienced anything like this. At the Comfort Inn in Muskogee you have to watch out for: 1: Extremely Rude employees. 2: Fraudulent/Unauthorized charges made to your credit card.(and no I am not talking about a security deposit.) 3: Potential Identity theft. 3: Filth and Hairs on floor. 4: Broken equipment in room. 5: And more It stated at check in when I provided my ID and the woman checking me in immediately starting scanning a copy of my ID which I don't consent to. When I told her that I din't want it copied she told me that I ”could go elsewhere if I didn't like it.” (Saying this seems to be standard training for the employees here as you will hear this again.) I told her not to scan it and she did it anyway and then lied and told me that all Choice hotels are now doing this so they can track people who was been kicked out of Choice hotels across the country. Isn't that nice, you have to risk having your ID being stolen so they can track their bad customers? I stayed in 7 other Choice hotels on this tip and NOT ONE scanned my ID or attempted to. I got to the room and discovered that the there were hairs on the floor in the bathroom, a big stain on the floor that should have been wiped up (It did wipe up with water) the toilet seat was loose and felt like it was going to fall off, the knobs on the inside of the refrigerator were broken off and it didn't get anything cold, the clock next to the bed was unplugged and when I plugged it in it couldn't be set and didn't work properly. After a couple hours in the room I checked my credit card and noticed the charge for the hotel room and a second charge of $2.99 from the hotel. I called the hotel desk and spoke to a female (who was later identified to me by another desk worker as Angela) about this added charge. I was told it was a ”Hotel Service Fee”. Note that this ”Hotel Service Fee” does not show up in the amount of your reservation nor anywhere in the information you acknowledge when you check in. I told her to get that charge off of my credit card now and I was not happy. She told me that (HERE WE GO AGAIN...) that if I didn't like it I could leave. I told her that she should get a job where customers are not ripped off and she said ”You need to quit being an old hag.”. Yup those were her exact words. Once again they tell you to leave if you question something (of course by this point and when I checked in I would have been charged anyway if I left due to time restraints on cancelling the reservation). I hung up after she started calling me names. I only stayed here due to a promotion that Choice was running otherwise I would have been at the Best Western next door where I am the highest level of their Rewards Program. Check out their reviews(which are better than here) and prices and then decide where to stay. And you also w

Very nice hotel. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Inside was mostly quiet, only occasionally heard people in the hallway but not disturbing. Good selection of breakfast food and very good tasting. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will probably stay here again next time we go through Muskogee.

I’d go 4.5 if I could. It’s a clean, new-feeling hotel. Rooms are comfortable and ours was quiet. Ample parking and centrally located. I think I saw someone post that there was no ESPN here. That’s not true now. We had ESPN and a good selection of channels. The breakfast is free. I’m not very critical of free breakfasts. This one will suffice. It has waffles, oatmeal, an omelet (it’s a pre-made wrap), sausage, potatoes, breads and yogurt. If you want a good breakfast, go somewhere else. The breakfast space is large. Our rate was $101 plus tax. We’d definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Only one night stay, but very quiet. We were in room 227. Check in and check out was very nice and friendly. Hotel is very updated with modern touches and very clean. Really enjoyed little things such as Dove hand soap and shampoo. Would definitely stay again
