"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The overall standards were well below expectations, and customer service was poor. The reception staff were particularly unprofessional, even becoming aggressive when I raised concerns about issues during my stay. The room was dirty, and when I requested cleaning, fresh bedding, and a cleaned bathroom, I was told that housekeeping was not provided daily. The breakfast service was equally appalling—cutlery was filthy, which made the entire dining experience unhygienic and unappealing. What was most frustrating was the staff’s attitude toward money. It felt like they were trying to extract every possible penny for even the most basic services. I had booked a four-night stay but decided to check out after just two nights due to the poor conditions. However, when I requested a refund for the unused nights, the receptionist refused aggressively and claimed I should have booked the stay on a day-by-day basis. To make matters worse, I was told that service would have been better if I had booked through an online platform—despite there being no price difference. Finally, I was disturbed to learn that the reception area was under both video and voice surveillance, which we were not informed about beforehand. The key takeaway from this experience is: never pay in advance for your entire stay. Once they have your money, the service can quickly deteriorate, and you’ll have little recourse."

"The place was nice and reasonably priced. We booked a room that was parted with a washroom. One side had a king bed with TV, phone, etc while the other side had 2 single beds, that's perfect for a couple with 2 kids like us. The washrooms were not pleasant to use and were constantly stinking. (The water itself was stinky in the washroom) this is why I have deducted one star from the rating. There is a nice little play area with swings and a nice mountain view. The weather was pleasant with random rain showers. There was an indoor playarea also but it was closed during out stay. Food was decent. If the washroom issue is fixed, I'd like to visit again."
