"Unfortunately, I did not check trip advisor reviews before my stay. I paid $196 for 1 night. The room smelled like a locker room. I went to wash my hands and there was no hand soap. I asked the front desk for soap and he apologized that the hotel had been out. He recommended I use the body wash attached to the wall in the shower. I had already done this but it was a stretch. When I pulled the comforter back for bed there was no top sheet. I know some hotels are now using duvet covers instead of sheets but there was no duvet. I knew the comforters would not be washed daily. The front desk employee was nice and got me a set of clean sheets. Sleeping in was also not an option because the curtains did not close completely. The first few hooks on the curtains were bent and prevented the curtains from closing completely."

"This hotel is very nice and the staff are even nicer. It truly makes a difference when the staff actually shows that they care. My Dad is a disabled veteran and he had alot of complications during his stay. This staff went above and beyond to assist my Father when they did not have to. They did it out of the kindness of their heart. Shelly and Amy were amazing and anyone who interacts with them is lucky. Even the manager AJ reached out to me to check on my Dad. Shelly called me on a daily basis & I cant even list out all that she did to assist during his stay. Thank you all so much!"

"I LOVE this location. Candlewood seems like they think of everything a traveler or family could possibly need to be comfortable. Free guest laundry was convenient and much appreciated. Rooms are exceptionally clean with high ceilings and large windows. Just a lovely place to stay overall. Front desk is friendly and efficient during my check in, and the general manager, Spring, was knowledgeable and super helpful during my stay. 10 out of 10. Will be back and I do recommend!!"
