"It's simple, the worst hotel in Poland. Dirty, outdated, nothing works, AC broken, most TV channels were blocked which is weird since Poland has massive basic cable package, sheets were Dirty, the phone was not cleaned since the opening of this hotel, stains on the walls and carpet. Requested another room due to the AC not working and was flat out refused, lied that it was fully booked. Quick search showed 7 rooms available, manager refused to switch rooms. Shocked we did not get bed bugs here. Stay AWAY!!!!!"

"The stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was dirty in the ventilation chains full of dust, and the furnace looked like it hadn't been washed for a long time. Services at the reception are completely incompetent and they react with dissatisfaction to questions. The only plus is a good location and a pleasant pool, but it is definitely not enough to justify the high price and the four stars the hotel is proud of. In addition, on the day of check-in, the cards to the room stopped working at 10:40, although the hotel day lasts until 11:00. I definitely do not recommend the hotel is not worth the price or the category that you advertise."

"We are very disappointed for a 4 star hotel, it looked nice in the pictures but the reality was different. We had booked an economy double room, no sea view but a view into a back yard onto a moldy cat dish. Our bathroom was small, no place to hang towels, the heating in the room didn't work, apparently it's heated by air conditioning - but you still can't get your towels dry. The mattresses were far too soft. There was no door to the shower, so the bathroom was under water after showering. The toilet seat was broken and couldn't be repaired. Our window in the bedroom couldn't be folded down, only fully opened and that only went as far as the bed was. We complained several times and then got a comfort double room which was a little better, the mattresses were better. Dust on the bed frame, after the second shower the control for the shower head was broken. The view wasn't a sea view either, but a view of the car park. Unless you book a suite with a balcony then you also have a sea view. You could go to the evening buffet, very poor selection, lukewarm to cold food despite the hot plates. If you only eat sandwiches with sausage/cheese, then that's OK, but very expensive at €24 per person. No flowers on the table, not enough crockery. On the other hand, the breakfast buffet was sufficient and tasty. Price-performance ratio is zero. You can eat from the menu in the evening, but that's more expensive. The saunas are great, very relaxing, the relaxation oasis is also top-notch. We had 2 healthy back massages, great. It said on the internet that they have entertainment options, the latest generation of consoles, which is what you're looking for there. There's an outdated pool table with missing accessories, a table football table and an ancient dartboard. But you're also right on the beach, where you can walk endlessly. This hotel has a rooftop panoramic terrace, we went up there once, there were strange young people who were causing trouble there, we reported it, they didn't understand, instead we were told that it would be expensive if something broke. Conclusion: We cannot recommend this hotel, it did not meet our expectations. We would not recommend a holiday there."

"I will have very fond memories of my stay at this hotel. Comfortable facilities, clean rooms, extremely friendly staff and delicious food. It’s close to the beach – about a 10-minute walk. It’s a great spot for those who want to spend an active holiday by the sea – there are ideal areas nearby, for example, for cycling. The hotel is situated in a quiet part of Kołobrzeg, but it doesn’t take long to get to the town centre. There’s a swimming pool on site. I highly recommend it!"

Breakfast in Max Hotel is good for Polish conditions.I would, but because of the available kitchen line,before the next time in the nearby supermarket,take me some breakfast and enjoy the room breakfast and the views in principle Always in the hotel."
