Unlike other hotels where it gets chilly in the early morning and you can't even keep your arms outside the covers, this place was perfect. The steam pot chicken at the restaurant, while a bit pricey for two and more than we could finish, was totally worth it—we ended up packing the leftovers. The rice cakes for breakfast were absolutely delicious. What truly stood out was seeing Mount Namcha Barwa and the 'sunlit golden mountain' phenomenon! I took tons of photos at the guesthouse's own camp, which has a small pond and barley fields – perfect for stunning shots. I even went down to take more pictures in the middle of dinner. All the staff at the guesthouse were wonderful. Highly recommend it!
