It's a bit chilly this time of year, but the hotel's air conditioning worked very well, and the room warmed up quickly. The shower water temperature was just right, without any uneven temperatures. The room service was very attentive; they promptly addressed any issues and provided reasonable solutions, offering customized services to meet guests' needs. (For example, when I mentioned wanting sweet potatoes, the hotel receptionist thoughtfully reserved some for me from the buffet breakfast.)

The hotel is located inside the attraction area which we have to buy the entrance ticket to get to enter. The lady owner will drive out to pick us up to her hotel and she helps to buy discounted cable car ticket to view the sea of bamboo. Moreover, the bamboo feast set lunch (RMB588) provided at the hotel is quite good but a bit expensive. Some of the rooms we booked have toilets with squatting and therefore, please call the hotel to ensure the sitting toilet instead of squatting one. She is willing to change one of the rooms for us to sitting toilet.

The Little Pony Homestay is in a good location, close to the Forget-your-worries Valley. The room is spacious, clean, and has a nice view on giant farns and bamboo. We stayed there with two kids. The hotel's staff is very nice and helpful. One lady speaks very good English. Besides, she is also a good Majiang teacher. Good food as well!

Excellent host. Helpful in providing advice, recommending good foods. On arrival for my 4 day stay, I decided to extend another day. Location is convenient to reach most of the places of interest. Knowing my interest in hiking, the host recommend very good route for me to enjoy the attractions. The place is well kept and comfortable and all the staff are very attentive and accommodating.
