Rooms small and rather a squash for two people. Bathroom part of the room itself with separate, private toilet. Breakfast above average. Service overall a bit slow. Location very good for CBD and SCA. Reasonably priced. R1800 per night per room, breakfast an extra R215 pp."

"We come back again and again and never slept anywhere else in Bloemfontein on our way back from Cape Town since we found a Little Guest House. It is very close to the N1 highway to be back on the road in 5 minutes in the morning, but secluded enough not to hear a single car at nigh. Truly the best of both worlds. Annalie, the owner runs a tight ship and the quality of the accommodation has never deteriorated. There is exactly what is needed for a comfortable, warm and seamless overnight stay in any it their self catering units. We'll be back -, ❤️ Francois. "
