The two bedroom family suite, was a converted garage with a double bed, a bunk bed, a divider between the room housing these & the bathroom. And a TV above the kitchen sink which meant you could not even wash your coffee cup in the morning. The explanation from the manager was that the platform must have made a mistake, as that which was advertised was the family suite luxury & that which we booked was the family suite. "

The room was very comfortable and Steve, Tony and Linda were very accomodating and helpful. Frankie is such an awesome canine addition to the guesthouse and always brightened our days when we returned from a trip to the city. The room had a balcony and there was also a braai and pool area available should guests want to use it. Breakfast is also available at an additional cost."

"Never book with Agoda travel Agents NEVER. We booked at this guesthouse while traveling thru Agoda, the guesthouse replied immediatly that they are fully booked, Agoda ignored the email, and still debit the amount from bank card, we arrived just to find out they fully booked, we were stranded and had to drive in the middle of the night to our next destination. Since the 28 of March 2026 we try to get a refund from Agoda with no luck. I went on facebook and there are litteraly 100 and 100 of people that lost money to Agoda due to this bad service. So please dont make the same mistake and loose money to Agoda scammers. Booking never took place because fulle booked, but i paid for it. Invoice attached"

"I spent a night at this hotel with some family. I have mixed feelings about it. The rooms were clean and good, with a nice bathroom. The interior of the hotel is pretty. The rooftop bar and dining room are good settings. However, my dissatisfaction arose during the meals. The drinks took a while to arrive once we ordered even though the place wasn’t busy. This was confusing since the drinks we ordered wouldn’t take a long time to prepare (e.g. a can of soft drink or a beer). During the meals, we found that we couldn’t order certain things on the menu because the kitchen didn’t have enough stock of it left. We only found this out after ordering and had to take another look at the menu."
