Kibo Palace Hotel Moshi ★★★
"The hotel was clean and friendly... great. The restaurant's atmosphere, food, and service were great. The rooftop bar... friendly and the view was great~~^^"
Climbers Home ★★
"This accommodation has a simple on-site rooftop restaurant with hot meal provided. Mt. Kilimangaro is in sight there. Room is spacious. Was allowed an early check in."
Kilimanjaro Wonders Hotel ★★★★
"I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and learned alot about Tanzania from the drivers. The hotel has a breath taking ambience, great customer service, professional staff and delicious meals. I recommend the hotel to anyone traveling to Moshi for leisure or work."
Panama Garden Resort ★★★
"The front desk friendly, the restaurant service ok but if you ask for hot water upon check in that’s a fees. The restaurant staff said that’s a kettle in your room. If you insist the hot water saying lazy to boil in the room that’s a fees will be charged. That’s no lift at this hotel. The room ok clean. The towels in the room looks white & clean but sticky. I used my own travel towel. Noisy at 6am because breakfast serve. The noises travel up. Aircon in the room are noisy. That’s a pool."
Kitolie Home and Lodge ★★★
"The butler was very polite and provided friendly service. The price was reasonable and breakfast was included. However, the water pressure was very low when showering late at night."
Kili Haven Lodge
"Kili Haven Lodge truly felt like a home away from home! The room was spacious, clean, and super comfortable just what I needed after long travel days. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus. And the breakfast? Absolutely delicious fresh, local, and full of flavor. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the peaceful setting made my stay even more special. I’d definitely recommend this gem in Moshi to anyone visiting!"
Kilimanjaro Scenic Lodge ★★★
"spent 3 nights at Kilimanjaro Scenic Lodge, and it was truly a memorable experience. The lodge is owned and operated by Mr. Gabriel, who made us feel completely at home. The property is peaceful, surrounded by beautiful nature—an ideal place to relax and recharge. What really made the difference was Mr. Gabriel’s incredible hospitality. He helped us arrange transportation from the airport, transfers to Arusha, and even local tours to explore nearby adventures. From a Moshi-style barbecue to finding medicine when we needed it, he took care of everything with genuine care. The homemade meals were delicious and gave us the energy we needed after our Kilimanjaro climb. We especially enjoyed our long conversations with Mr. Gabriel about Tanzanian culture—his deep respect for community and tradition shines through in everything he does. Mr. Gabriel puts is incredibly resourceful and passionate—whether it’s organizing safaris, cooking local cuisine, or curating authentic experiences. If you’re looking for genuine hospitality and a place that feels like home, Kilimanjaro Scenic Lodge is the perfect choice."
NGUCHIRO PALACE HOTEL ★★
"First trip to Tanzania. Our agency set us up with this hotel, and it has been the most delightful 2 nights so far. The staff is amazingly helpful and friendly, food is excellent and rooms are very confortable ! We highly recommand this place !"
Primeland Hotel ★★★
"I stayed at Primeland hotel with my wife for 3 nights while visiting some friends in Moshi. The place has such a calming atmosphere and very clean rooms. The staff were so helpful, especially Adelyn, the receptionist always ready to help. I would rate this place 10 out of 10 for their supper service."

Kinga Homes Boutique Hotel
"I booked for double room for two days but I only stay as single and they charged me for double. The next day I had insufficient breakfast, I asked the management and I was told that because I’m the only guest I will eat whatever they offer. Poor customer service and I paid $200 for nothing. The supervisor told me they don’t issue refund only discounts next time if I will stay again! Who wants? "

"rooms are small, clean, but tired. Sink fossette is ready to brake. Food is poor quality, no pastry at breakfast buffet, terrible, terrible coffee, food preparation is noy good at sll. Staff is polite, but weighting is at ristorante - is so long. I weight 40 min for 2 samosas. Our windows face some dirty and dilapidated buildings."
