"i. check in was smooth and simple. Just a tip, if you booked a chalet, dont take your luggage down from your car. After check in, you will be advised to drive your car to the back of the hotel grounds which is closer to the chalets. we took our stuff out of the car and had to put them back in to drive behind. and it is easier to park behind also. at night, there will be a guard at the parking area for safety purposes. Stayed at the sea view chalet. The chalet was clean though the room was dated. Still no complaints and am happy with the size and all. not much activities at the hotel. Wished there were more things to do there."

Those with a strong aversion to germs should avoid this place; backpackers who don't mind the conditions will experience a different side of Kuala Lumpur. To get around, take bus 732 from Terminal 2 and then transfer to minibus 733."

Even after 14 working days, I still had not received the refund and had to contact the bank to resolve the issue. Now I have to wait another 16 days for the process to be completed. I hope the management can improve this process in the future, as a faster and smoother refund experience would definitely make a better impression for guests."

"Spacious, good service, we even asked the attendant house keeper any dustbin trashbag since they did not provide laundry bag, but he assisted us, my friend request for an extra amenities and he assisted right away. Good location, since i can park at the erl and took erl to klia, their room is okay, got smart tv except the door is a bit heavy to open and close so a bit troublesome and annoyed by the door closed sound from the neighbours. Overall is okay, easy parking and nearby f&b"
