Newport Mooloolaba Apartments ★★★★
"Overall good experience"
Avani Mooloolaba Beach Hotel ★★★★
"Great place to stay in Mooloolaba. Only been open for about 2 months. Excellent room layout, very sensible. Lights & their switches are really sensible & easy to use. Often hotel rooms can be too dark. This one gives you all the options & does not require a drgree in lighting to make it work. Even a bedside light that enables you to easily read in bed. Quite spacious, comfortable bed and great shower. Beautiful seaside views on rooms facing the sea. Really nice restaurant on the 12th floor. At breakfast its reserved for guests.Unbelievably friendly & efficient staff. Food is great also!!"
Alex Beach Cabins and Tourist Park ★★★★

Oaks Sunshine Coast Seaforth Resort ★★★★
"Very nice pool, kids love it"
Direct Collective - Breeze on Brightwater ★★★★
"The hotel is almost like no front desk, self check-in. The hotel called in advance to communicate. It is a townhouse. The swimming pool is not big, so I didn't go."
Direct Collective - Lowanna Beach Resort ★★★★
"Staff unfriendly and poor information on facilities. No smiles from any staff"
Breeze Mooloolaba ★★★
"Visited with family and we were all very satisfied! The room was spacious and clean, and the views were absolutely stunning! Plus, the beach is right downstairs!"

Oceans Mooloolaba
"My husband and I came to Mooloolaba to cycle around the area for 2 days and Oceans was the perfect place to stay. The location is ideal and our room was very comfortable with a lovely view, a comfy bed, a beautiful spacious bathroom, and nice furniture - so bright and sunny! It was so handy to have our own laundry machine and a kitchenette. We had a nice patio with table and chairs looking out to the ocean and we loved having happy hour there before going out to one of the nearby restaurants for dinner. The promenade out front of the hotel is so fun and vibrant - full of shops and restaurants for many blocks. It was very private. We only saw staff for check-in and check-out and they were very friendly and helpful. Our car was parked below in secure parking. And there was a grocery store about a block away. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. We definitely would stay here again."
Beachside Resort Kawana Waters
"A pleasant surprise. Tidy and spacious apartment about 100m from the beach. Gym, sauna and pool. Very friendly staff. The beach is superb with huge, gentle waves and warm water. Life savers right there. An RSL-run club is just off the beach and residents get 10% off. About 200m in the opposite direction is an absolutely enormous shopping complex. Mooloolaba is about 10 minutes drive away. This is the perfect situation. Each room has a fan and the main living area has aircon. Highly recommended."
Mandolin Beachfront Resort
"The room is bit old but clean, great location and the pool and spa are nice. The kids’ play room is old and bit messy, unfortunately the reception staff was not on site so when we need to contact the staff over the phone she sounded confused too😂"
Alexandra on the Pacific
"My wife has just had to attend several medical appointments on the Sunshine Cost, so we decided to stay for 3 nights at the Alaxandra on the Pacific and book unit 6 which is a beach front apartment on the first floor. The views are almost central to the bay, and you can see the whole area from left to right which was just beautiful. The 3-bedroom apartment, fully equipped, very modern. extremely clean and is very comfortable. A great stay for a family or group of friends up to 6 persons. Underground secure parking for 2 cars included in your rental. You are within walking distance of both the beach or the shopping area where there are many restaurants if you want to eat out or you have a fully equipped kitchen if you decide to do your own thing in the unit. David the unit's manager was friendly and very helpful. Overall, this is easily a 5 star stay. You won't be disappointed."
Pacific Beach Resort
"Nice sea view, even if I was in a lower floor (3/F) that the see was partially blocked by the trees. I was also able to get a magnificient shot on star trail, just from the balcony. The apartment itself is fine but a bit oldfashioned. Everyone menthioned the stupid Blue Fob, I had to say it's really stupid, it's not affecting the experimence much though. "
Saltwater Villas - Pet Friendly Accommodation
"It was a wonderful place to stay for my friend and fur daughter. It was a home away from home. Would definetely come again. It was so close to cafes and beaches. Will be recommending to my friends. I also loved being able to relax on the balcony and watch the sun setting. We even saw a possum walking on the telephone wire."
Northpoint Holiday Apartments
"Booked our trip when we saw a great deal for this place. Upon arrival, realised quickly why it was cheaper than the other places in the area. We were told at check in, on the first day of a long weekend, that ‘bad news’ - the air con in our apartment was not working. Predicted temps 32-34° each day. We were offered a measly 15% discount for this, which we managed to get to 25%. Wow. The room was disgusting and outdated - broken lamp, stained dirty couch, broken bed, uncomfortable mattresses, broken doors, no air flow, terrible slow fans, lights without lightbulbs. We expected the room would be a little outdated, but this was unliveable and even for what we paid, this was a ripoff. We got about 3 hours sleep each night because it was so hot, to the point that we even considered leaving at 1am and driving 2.5 hours home on our second night because we simply couldn’t do it again. I would never wish this place upon my worst enemy. How they can ethically sell us that room, is beyond me. What made all this worse was the attitude from the staff at check in: ‘feel free to find somewhere else’ basically. What would’ve been nice was being told when the aircon broke, which was earlier in the week - we would’ve potentially had time to cancel and find alternative arrangements, or worse case know to bring pedestal fans from home (since these weren’t provided either, thanks so much!)."
Nautilus Mooloolaba
"Our experience was enjoyable with friendly and reliable staff. The rooms clean and tidy."
Osprey Apartments
"Perfect location .Fantastic spot right by the water. Peaceful, bright, and exactly as described..Highly recommend. Its our second time .Enjoyed every minute."
Mantra Zanzibar
"This was our 7th extended stay at Zanzibar and again enjoyed all aspects of our stay. Our 2 br apartment had been recently refurbished and had all new appliances. Air con was very effective and apartment had all the facilities one wants for an extended stay. Booking, checking in & checking out was seamless and undercover secured parking is a big plus, as parking around The Esplanade is very restricted. Cyclone Alfred was approaching over our last few days there. Communications & preparations from Zanzibar Management was exceptionally good. Our only disappointment was the wifi. Reception was very weak & could only connect if sitting at the table in the middle of the apartment. IN previous stays, we have not experienced any issue with wifi. We have flagged this to management in our feedback to them. We highly recommend Mantra Zanzibar ..excellent location, excellent service, well priced and very clean & well equipped apartments to stay in"
Malibu Apartments
"We loved the apartment perfect location. Comfortable bed great shower everything you need in the kitchen and lounge.. Lovely balcony space.. Took a little getting used to the rubbish shoot at various times of the night other guests were using.. Very noisey and Abit scary at times."
Sandcastles Mooloolaba
"We had booked for eight nights and were really disappointed on arrival. For the price and the Trip Advisor rating, it simply did not measure up. Our unit appeared to have been recently renovated but it was a really cheap job. The light switches were not secure, the toilet roll holder leaned downwards, the wardrobe doors very thin and the bed gave me my first ever back ache on waking. It turns out that Sandcastles, although well located, is at the ‘poor end’ of the beach front strip and the area is unusually dark at night. My partner and I were shocked when we first walked into our allocated apartment (305) and felt no better the following morning. I went in search of alternative accomodation, which was difficult to find. Eventually found something, which was three bedrooms instead of one, and cost 2.5 times more than Sandcastles. It was worth every cent. Sandcastles is not serviced daily, the alternative one is. The lounge room/dining area is four times the size and we have a beachfront view. To be fair to Sandcastles, I did not say anything, except we were leaving early. They graciously only charged us for two nights accomodation and refunded the six nights. I was very grateful. The receptionist was lovely and the standard of accomodation was not her fault, so no point in carrying on to her. Sandcastles is a three star resort at best, and certainly not 4.5."
Beach Club Mooloolaba
"Best location, amenities are amazing definitely will be staying here again. 10/10"
Bayview Harbourview Apartments
"Handy spot to be close to all shops and restaurants. Apartment is back from the beach a bit but still a nice atmosphere."
Allure Mooloolaba
"It was a perfect place to stay for a family of four. The two bedrooms were fantastic, with plenty of space and separate bathrooms. Apartment was close to the beach, shopping malls and a supermarket. Sydney, the manager, was fantastic - so kind and helpful. We’ll be back!"
Cilento Mooloolaba
"Apt. looked clean but was actually filthy. Got wine glasses out of cabinet and they looked like they had never been cleaned; with food particles and fingerprints on the glass. Door handles were disgusting to touch. We were disgusted by everything! You could not pay us to come back!!"
