Need to drive, tho to get to city centre, but parking is easy and cheap. Just 1.5€ an hour. We’ll come back here for sure"

"The host Laura is not very friendly at all. Her customer service skills are absolutely awful. She will threat you. No entrance to the property information given I was waiting outside for hours at 9 pm and a passerby helped me !!! The place is not for light sleepers as you can hear your fellow room mates every step they take ! One night, I had to complain about the noise because they were shouting at 10 pm and Laura ignored me . The shower is tiny even for a girl so if your big or a man you may find this too small The room was nice and clean but after the awful customer service from Lara about the Tourism fee, even when I said I will pay it her threats were absolutely a disgrace every day by your text message!!! This has put me off staying here and the noise from the other rooms"

"Barbara and Luca have completely refurbished the building to create an amazing atmosphere of warmth, beauty, efficiency, and elegance. Little touches everywhere of creativity and thoughtfulness. The best use of high-tech from security systems to the ease of getting into the rooms without a key and a beautiful espresso machine at breakfast. Food was outstanding with lots of choices. Rooms were well designed and comfortable with everything you could need. Their communication and care was evident from the first interaction and continued through the entire stay.. They went above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend a place more highly."

"Excellent location, the lady who welcomed us was very kind and waited for us to check in even though we arrived a little after the scheduled time. She advised us on the parking lot and the areas to see and where to go to eat. The room was clean, comfortable, a stone's throw from the center, I really appreciated that there were two pillows with different thicknesses. If we return to Monza we will gladly return to stay here!"
