"BEWARE OF SCAMMERS! I booked the hotel long before the trip, spent a long time choosing based on location, cleanliness and comfort level. I would like to point out right away that no one is waiting or meeting you at the reception 24/7, you must arrive strictly at the time indicated in the hotel 16.30-17.00, I have seen tired tourists at the door of this hotel many times. On the day of my check-in on December 5, they called and said that there was no water and heating, that is exactly the day I arrived they turned it off, offered a hotel 2 levels worse, 200 m further, without any compensation or other options. We talked for a long time with them and with the representative of the platform where we booked and 100% paid, sent them screenshots that this hotel is cheaper, in the end the hotel said come, everything was fixed. We arrived in the evening, tired and on edge, but they wouldn't let us into the Lozano San Paulo hotel, they wouldn't even open the door, we called the reception number and they told us to go to that other hotel. The replacement hotel is a room in the attic, we went up a narrow wooden staircase, the door is made of cardboard, the floors have cracks the size of a finger, there are traces of a recent flood on the ceiling. On the ground floor there is just some kind of a row of tables, to get to the room you need to go through several of these street halls where there is a roof and tables, all this fills up with locals in the evening and if you return after a walk after 18.00, it's not easy to get to the room, you need to squeeze through the tables and people. After 2 nights they said that we can move, but we need to fill out an electronic form, the form was not filled out all the time and the administrator of this hotel said, stay another night, by the way it was already about 20.00 rain and cold. In the morning, the administrator from the Nino hotel personally escorted me to the Locando San Paulo hotel, for the 3rd night they demanded 90€, they said they don’t know anything, everyone blamed the other hotel, but it looks like they are in collusion. I wrote an official letter in Italian to the hotel management, asked to pay for the transfer on the departure date as compensation. But no one was going to react... I have been working in the banking security sector for a long time and I see through fraudulent schemes. This is it!!! I do not recommend this establishment, in fact, more than one of me was evicted in this way, I also talked to other tourists staying only 1/2 of the paid days at the hotel, I heard many stories... You are not welcome here, they are deceiving you."

The room had everything we needed including complimentary drinks in the mini fridge, lovely toiletries, soft towels, dressing gowns, slippers and a good powerful hair dryer. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here (families may need a ground floor with younger children), nothing was too much trouble and Monza is also a beautiful place to explore."

No! 12. front desk like said in description? No! On top the lady tries to tell me that I kept the room card… what the hell should I do with a plastic card? I don’t need it and I put it down in the table in the room. Communication is not always on/in time and the English is not properly written (even with google translate you have better results and it is not taking too much longer. With a five room hotel, which is more a hostel, with a shared kitchen that gets declared as a restaurant…)"
