"Run down hotel. Location is not very safe. We arrived by car and there was no one outside to greet us and tell us where to park to do our check in. There was a. Security person who showed up later but he was talking with someone else. Meanwhile some unsolicited characters showed up. The concierge was on his break. After I asked the people parked on the reserved space to please move, I was able to check in. This must have been a nice hotel but if feels old and stale. The towels in our room where very used and thin. The bathroom downstairs is old and unkept. Not worth staying"

"The hotel photos appear to be quite old, as it's extremely neglected: stained walls, old towels, scratched doors, rusty mirrors, stained lamps, scratched tables... many poorly executed repairs in the room, small pillows stuffed with bits and pieces, and you can hear everything going on in the hallways. The lobby is decent, but you can't imagine the rooms being in that condition; I think it's considered a motel. I don't feel like I got what I paid for."

"Very dirty hotel, the photos do not reflect the reality of the hotel, the rooms lack maintenance with dirty and moldy sheets. Breakfast was another disappointment, with only a few options and no fruit. When we arrived we thought about looking for another hotel, but losing $660 for 3 nights is not easy. It has enormous potential, but it needs to be managed by professionals or acquired by a network. Don't waste your money on this hotel, there are other much better options in Montevideo for the same price (Sofitel, Montevideo...)."
