Super 8 by Wyndham Monteagle TN ★★

"Stopped here due to being too tired to finish our drive home from Florida to Indiana. Checked in, went to room and unloaded luggage, had my dog with me so took her for a walk. Got back into room and my grandson laid in his bed, looked over at the nightstand and there was a roach crawling around!! We immediately packed up to leave and also noticed rat droppings. We loaded up and headed straight to the office. This whole spectacle took about 15 min. Get to office and states its been more than 15 min so they will not give refund on room!! We realize we should have read reviews before we even stopped however we were tired and it had the Wyndham name attached to it so expected it to be fine. The lady at the front desk stated they have had no complaints and has never seen a roach there however the reviews say otherwise. I asked her to come to the room and see for herself and she stated her job was front desk, not to check on roaches in rooms."
